It would be interesting to see what owners of certain machines find they dislike about their own machines for a change instead of what they hate about every other brand that they dont personally own.
I'll start, I ride a popo 500HO and the 2 things I hate are the rad placement, way too low and exposed to the mud and grass etc etc, and they weigh a ton. The weight thing I guess is attributed to the fact that they are pretty heavy duty, so you take the heavy weight in exchange for heavy duty parts I guess.

WELL 2 things i hate, weak cvs if you strain them, god i hope yammie changed that on the 700, and the dam dual brake system, although it works great i wish they would adapt the singel like alot of the industry has, yes i will admit i like that about the sportsman, ok not the only thing. and i got to agree that rad location is simply stupid, but that applys to any liquid cooled quad period from what i have seen.

I drive an 04 600 Sportsman
You nailed it RD.
The rad is way to low. It needs to be bigger & moved higher in the bike.
The weight thing is not a real big issue with me but 20lbs lighter would be nice.
The weight is part of why the popo rides so nice.
Think of it like an old Cadillac, 5000 lbs & as smooth as glass on the roughest washboard roads.:)

I don't like my PAYMENT !!!!!!!!!!
I really don't have any complaints. You just have to understand that when mudding, the radiator is gonna be an issue no matter what bike you own. If it was an option from the factory to have it relocated, they'de just charge you and arm and a leg for that option, heck, I can relocate one for under $50.00 bucks. The weight does suck, especially when you're laying on your back and the bike is on top, that wasn't fun......... either time.

i ride a 07 sportsman 700 and 2 things i dont like.
1. crap development on the rear axles/joints that does not allow more than 1.5" of lift before they break.
2. the fact theres no rear bumpers made that look worth a shit. with the placement of the rear storage box they dont make a decent bumper.

#1 The heat put off by the exhaust pipe on my right leg. #2 Not being able to get the dang thing stuck. :)

1. The seat on my grizzly. It's comfortable and cushy, but it doesn't extend far enough in the front towards the gas tank. I tend to slide forward when going down hill. Eric's, Polaris700 has the most comfy seat I've ever been on. Like a Lazy Boy Recliner.
2. Bent plastic. It pops right back into place, but leaves a white scar mark.

1. I hate how the storage compartments both front and rear let water in and don't let it out.
2. It burns more gas than I can carry
But it is bulletproof I like to pay to play.

don't like the radiator location and the fact that I have to work on it all the time for no apparent reason. THe t-bap sensor keeps giving me trouble and the water pump keeps giving me trouble.

The fan is to noisy and it's a huge distraction while I'm supposed to be working.

No low range and no locker (shouldn't surprise anyone). Everything else is top notch. The ride is incredible!
1. No low range on the tranny
2. No EFI

i hate the KEBC actuator and how its always acting up, i hate the electrical connections, far too many that don't belong on a quad to begin with, and i hate the front diff and the 4wd engagement.
