I can't get the link to work for me. In case the link won't work for you, it is item# 160204806801.
Give me a few weeks for all the process to take place. Payment to him, shipment to me, me buying my bandsaw and getting MY frame done, then I'll have you hooked up brotha. And I still haven't forgotten about the one you need for the 800, just waiting on my bandsaw and it won't take but a day or two to build each one.

The rack uses existing atv hardware and does not come with directions.
Omg, are you sure you can put this to use?

he is using it so he can make a rad bracket to fit on rd bike. so then he knows how it will mount up.
man i don't know if you can figure out where those 4 bolts go.

Yea, this is gonna be used so that I will know HOW to mount a radiator bracket on the front of Paul's bike. The radiators are the same as in my bike so I have a radiator to use as a template to make the bracket for him, I just didn't know HOW to mount the bracket to the front rack since I don't have a bike to use, so now with a front rack, I can use it to figure out how to mount the bracket to the rack. And now with this front rack, I will have everything to build radiator relocate brackets for ANY Polaris bike 2004 to current, ANY motor size, AND also for 2005 to current Brute Force's. Just waiting on my bandsaw now.

LOL, that shit ain't funny. IF it was different, you'de be getting a new front rack too.
Hey seriously though, if this one looks any better than yours, we can swap out racks. I don't know if this is a new or used one but it looks pretty good. May be different when I get in person though.

As you can see in these pictures, I use certain holes from the rack for my snorkel mounting plates. The plates are pretty heavy duty, its 1/4" plate.
Let me know what you think? Once you get your rack, I suppose you can set a bracket you have on it and see what you can do.
As for swapping racks, I like the one I have already......(also pictured below :first: )

LMAO... you so funny. OK, pertaining to the rack on the LEFT side, if you don't wanna swap racks can I just borrow the left one, you can keep the right one ????? no,no,no, you know I'm just playing.
Let's get back to the rack for the BIKE. Are the holes you have circled in red, the only holes used, or are those just for the snorkels ?? I can definitely work around those. How about the other holes that are not circled, are any of those used to mount the rack to the bike ?? Since I don't have a bike to look at I don't know which holes are used for mounting it to the bike and whick ones are for the lock and ride crap. Give me another pic of just the rack for the bike (the other pic throws off my concentration dammit) and circle every one of those holes used, weather for mounting the rack to the bike or for the snorkel set-up. Capish ???

i would tell you if i remebered from our old bike. i know there is 4 and they are in a square. i believe the top two that rd has circled are used.

Lee, I'll look in the morning...or later than morning LOL. I know that some of the snork plate holes are also rack mounting holes for mounting to the frame, I just dont remember which ones right now.

Okay, its the ones circled in yellow what mount the rack to the frame. the holes just inside of the front ones are not though holes, so they must be for that lock-n-ride stuff or something. I think using the holes that mount the rack to the frame is a stronger method personally.

Just checked this thread out. the person you're buying this off of lives about 20 minutes from my house. There's a dealer there that sells polaris. I'm wondering if this is how they get rid of overstock parts.

OK, I'm at a point where I need the pic of the front rack in this thread so I made it a sticky AGAIN because it took me 30 fricking minutes to find it this time. I should have left well enough alone when Turk stickied it the first time but oh well, I'll learn for next time, lol.
Paul, just to clarify, the yellow circles are for mounting the rack to the bike and the red circles are how you have the snorkels mounted. Is that correct ??? Will there be any problem if I use any of the red holes for mounting the radiator frame down ??? I MAY have to use two of the yellows and two of the reds, not quite sure yet.

Yup yellow is to the frame for the rack, and red is for the snork's but I'm pretty sure 2 of those (1 on each side) is also used in mounting to the frame....
