Price is in line. Those years were known for some wiring gremlins. Some have lots, some dont have any. Sounds stupid, but make sure all the lights are working. If not, that is the #1 sign of wiring issues. Other than that, just the usual ball joints.
The common rail cummins is a stout unit, with only 75000 on it, it should be trouble free for years.

I like the GMC so far,it seems a little thirsty on the road. just got back from Ohio , and doing service calls here,I put 2,ooo miles on it so far seems to be pretty tight , and makes good power . it was a 1 owner truck and the salesman screwed up and gave the price of another truck, they didn't notice til after the paperwork was done so I got it for $12,000 FINALLY someone won at a used car lot lol

the finance manager came out with the "first" deal , looked up and seen the truck outside the showroom, and said your not selling that truck for 11,900.salesman and owner had a talk, owner said he had to honor the deal if he said it.I said ok. if i would of test drove it first like he wanted me to they would of caught it sooner. he asked me to test drive , i said no , i want to buy it. then i drove it.great dealership

I would love to be able to do that to the dealership here in town, they are always to screw you... nice to be able to reverse it :)

Some dealerships are much better than others though.
