What size is their newest kit? I think it's around a 1028 or something like that?? From what I hear, they do make a good, off the shelf kit. Their custom jobs are real nice though.

Top notch stuff. I can put you in touch with plenty of people who run/install his kits. To me it was the best priced kit with the best reputation.

How you use it will help with recommendations on what size kit. 916 you can still trail ride any bigger they can run hot

Yeah, going much bigger and it will cause problems trail riding unless you go with Greg's oil cooler kit. Hell, I actually recommend you running one no matter what size kit you get.
Plus it gives you the advantage of using oil filters from a auto parts store instead of having to get one from BRP.

I know of a couple 916s that go limp right fast. Way hot. Then I've seen 960s and such, run just fine on the trails. The cooler just may be the difference.

Jay Warner from Cooks Mills Customs and Wildboar ATV, goes by Jaydubya on here but is rarely on. He can definately build yer Rotax up for ya the cheapest, closest.....and I'd imagine the quickest since he's done a few. Send him a PM and see what he says or contact Keith at Wildboar ATV parts in Fort Erie. After that ya gotta get some RDC Swamp LoX and some "backs" for an all around Beast of a ride for both trail and race.
