Like you might know, my exhaust is kinda "dead", so i need to replace it but i don't know wich one to get. I was considering the SwampXL because of the stainless steel construction (wich is stonger than the aluminium of the Utility serie) but i was told the Penland serie gives much more torque on Honda's (because of the TCM insinde the exhaust wich cannot be added on the SwampXL) So i'd like to know if their's any Rincon owners around here that have one of these exhaust and what they think about them.

I've actually thought about getting another Rincon...
But...if I do...I'm just going to run the stock exhaust with the aftermarket "power tip" on it...just to give a little deeper sound.
I'm done with loud ass exhausts.

I had an HMF Utility on my old Rincon and it was stupid loud.

I have the Big Gun ECO exhaust on my Rincon. I just installed it. Just waiting for Paul to finish my rad kit so I can start it and see how it sounds. I'll let you know. I ordered it on bikebandit.com.

Yup, same here. My anti-virus on my work computer went nuts the second the site loaded. Deleted the link.

I did a little research and found that you can't run the Penland serie with both the "torque converter" and spark arrestor at the same time, and i need the spark arrostor to actualy hear my sound system when going down the trail. So that's a no go. I also looked and the Big Gun / FMF exhaust but i can't find any detailed information on them, and their's not alot of people running them, so i'll probably order the Swamp XL.

If you get the swamp XL try and get a sound clip of it under acceleration and idle. Would love to hear how this thing sounds as I'll be in the market probably next year.(wife dependent lol)

Perfect, it'll probably take 2-3 weeks of shipping, but as soon as it's installed i'll take the clips!

I really liked my FMF Powerline. It was not too loud but just right. About half as loud as the HMF stuff. Also, no packing in the FMF so playing in the water is fine.

Here are some pics and stuff of what I was running:

I love the sound of the XL, it has a deeper tone than the utility serie and it's a little less loud.

As usual it was a b!tch to instal, since this one is even bigger than the old one you can't put it in without removing the rear of the bike -.-'

Since there's no angle on the tip...keep an eye on the rear fender and flap...and make sure that the heat doesn't hurt the plastic.

I don't think that the exhaust gaz could heat up the plastic enough to hurt them, since the tire is always rotating and pushing frech air on them. I'm actualy worried about the plastic cover that goes over the exhaust itself, their's a thin metal heat shield inside and since this exhaust is bigger than my old one, it's touching the heatshield, so i'll keep and eye on the plastic cover.

I've seen a billet tip on a stock exhaust damage a fender flap on a Rincon.

Looks and sounds really good. Be interesting to hear it out on the trail doing some pulls to wot

I think the XL will be the way I go with most likely the exhaust snorkel.

I thought there was a write up on rincon riders on how to install an exhaust without removing the rear end. was only a few bolts and then the rear end lifts out of the way.

I was able to install my Big Gun ECO exhaust without removing the rear rack. I did have to take off the left rear tire (wich is no big deal of course). Mind you its a heck of alot smaller than the cannon on page (1) :twitch:
