Hey guys want to get back into lifting and just exercise period. I am 31 now with 2 young sons. I am limited at home with basically a set of dumbells hell I dont even have a bench to work with at the moment. Going to the gym is not an option just too busy. I do have an exrecise bike for the cardio end of things.
Anyone got a good total body workout for just dumbells? Please feel free to post the schedule also.
My wife wants to slim down a bit again after having a couple kids also so looking for a schedule that she can somewhat use also.
I am about 5'10" and weigh right around 205 right now. I want to cut down to about 190 by spring and gain some muscle also. I used to lift like crazy in the gym and at one point was 225 but used alot of machines so not familiar with a dumbell only home routine. Oh ya like most I do not like to diet so not to worried about that end of it. If i can loose some belly fat and get my arms back I will be happy. 190 is a goal in the back of my mind but I wont cry if I am 200 without the belly and the start of earning man boobs. lol
