I think the BF looks pretty sweet.
I also liked riding the LTZ450R when we got to test them on the show, that was a fun day, but hard on the forearms riding oval dirt track balls to the walls for the first time....but still a lot of fun.

My little bro has a Vinson and is a pretty good machine. Alot more power than I expected from a 500. Not much gc and I don't like the electic 4x4 engagment.

Grass will the vinson outrun the rincon. A guy at work wonts to race me but everytime I try there is a excuse.

theres no way.
im no fan of honda at all, but theres no way a vinson would outrun a rincon. unless your honda is a POS. then it might have a chance.

On the top end it will out run the Rincon. THe Vinson runs around 63-64 and the Rincon about 62. Mine will out run the Vinson with the Mudlites on but not with the Laws. I get a big jump from the start but he catches me about 50 or so then its pretty much a dead even. The Vinson is pretty dang fast for a 500 .

My brother has an 05 King and he loves it. His reverse gear stripped out and he bought an 06 engine from a guy and we put it in his 05 and it runs great. Right now he's waiting to get some Gorillas for it. He's got 28" Zillas, rad relocated, everything snorkeled, and he's gonna put a clutch kit in it also.

Why 2 pipes in the back? Is one for the belt?
Yeah. One for the belt and the exhaust in back. One for the belt and his air intake in front.

Geez you guys dis other brands they way my buddies dis POPO'S. I just bought an 05 KQ700. It has a few little quirks that I don't like, but nothing that money can't fix. The racks seem a little on the light side. The ride is good but the front feels soft although not as bad as my old 500Xplorer. It is a fuel miser however and that's a good thing. One good feature is that my old push rope fits just nicely in the rear under fender storage box. I tried my oldest boy's Renegade 800X on a few rides. Although I liked the power and ride I didn't care a bit for all the mud that ended up down my shorts. I also tried my youngest son's Honda trx700xx As fast as that 800gade is that 700XX eats it up and spits it out about this fast:bolt:. Like Paul said about the 450 that 700XX is hard on the arms.

We dis other brands but it's (almost) always entirely in fun. Noone here is going to refuse to ride with you just because you ride a different brand.
I mean, if polaris riders refused to ride with suzuki riders there would be hundreds of suzukis still sitting stuck in mud holes.:whoo:

There are some that dis brands NOT in fun, but for the majority on here, it IS in fun....
There are different brand quads for a reason, and that is personal preference.... DIfferent people like different things... People ride different, different terrain, riding stlye, like different looks.. Alot of things...
Suzuki has come along way with their quads, the utility quads.... They ARE nice... I looked at them when I was in the market for a new one, after I had that touring fiasco with POLARIS.
The new 700XX looks to be nice, though I had heard for the size it is not that fast.. That rene 800 X package is very fast, I don't see it eating up and spitting the 800 ROTAX out! lol It might though, I cannot say, I have not rode the 700XX..... It IS a nice NEW package though with the independent rear suspension.. I sat on one, and it felt comfortable....
Congrats on the new KQ.. I have read alot of good reviews on the mid size to the big size ones....

We were rolling about 10 mph me on the gade my son on his 700xx. We did the nod and go and all I saw was his tail light. Backed off at 60 because he was still pulling away, I know the gade is supposed to do 80 but at the speed his pulling away there wasn't enough straight road left to catch him. I think I'll let the two boys figure out which is fastest. I do know from a standing start I can beat them both with the KQ for the first 100 feet anyway. The KQ pulls a mean couch too.

I had the king quad liked it when I left it stock. Put big tires on it and everything started vibrating loose esp steering stem. Snorkled it what a big mistake that was still sucked water in from only god knows where. I got the kit from bayou Snorkles that kit was horrible and the directions were so bad I wouldnt even wipe my ass with them. I had 27" tires on it and had to put a clutch kit in EPI made it was very good no problems at all. Next it started eating belts like they were goin out of style. Alawys ran good and fired right up for me no problems there. I think this machine is one best left for the stock rider, I would still entertain the Idea of another but would not do anything to it but leave it alone. And wheres the fun in that ??? Now my brother in law had one the first year out ran great then one day lost all its power backfired alot and seemed to have water in the gas. Took it to dealer had it all cleaned out fuel injection system everything, still ran Fcked up. He traded it in on a rhino and that was 2-3 yrs ago machine still sits there at the dealer today some electrical problem and they cant fix it. So that our experiance with Suzuki. I bought the POPO 800 RZR and its seen the shop a few time as well. Maybe we are just hard on them ?

I like my KQ,and have had no problems. The last time it was at the dealer was the day i bought it. With the mod in my sig everything is still perfect. With the heavy tires i have, i can pull a whellie no problem. The bike has sweet acceleration, and with the new rubber it handels excellent. I can see that lots of you bash the Kings, but it has been a very reliable bike. The only other money i have put in to it was $19.95 for a CV boot. And after last night a little 6 inch tree caused me to spend $37.00 on a new front bumper cover, and $23.00 for the headlight housing. Say what you like, but i have had no problems with my KQ.
