This is the third time this has happened to my rear axle nut washer, twice on the right side once on the left. It's under warrenty, so I just bring it back and the dealer takes care of it, a different mechanic worked on it all three times, so I know it's not just the same meatball messing up. The washers appear to be some sort of aluminum or alloy. I'm just replacing it with a steel washer next time. The last one that broke took out the wheel bearing, rotor caliper and pads. The dealer never questioned it or blamed it on abuse which kind of surprised me. Any one else had this problem, or do I just have some bad mojo?

If they are on your computer, use the "Manage Attachments" in the reply section and select them from your computer wherever you might have them saved.

Wherever you have your pics hosted, Photobucket for example. Copy the URL link...then click on the yellow box above where you are typing with the mountain inside, it says insert image. Another box will open up, paste the url link there and click OK. The pic will then show up.

Polaris700, did you replace the washers with the factory ones or did you use a regular set of steel washers? I don't know why they use these cheap light weight washers.
