I got to meet Paul, aka Rubberdown today at the OFATV Expo and ATV Pulls.
It was the shows first time, and as such, it was a little lite on things to do, but all in all it was a great show. The pulls were good, considering an on-going glitch with the sled and the sun was shineing. I got to meet a few great guys from the site here as well. Badmanners, Froogle and Project Foreman made the treck out as well. Nice to meet you guys!
Heres a few pics from today.

looks like a good time. they should have watered down the track so it wasn't so dusty. ya that rear box is kind of a canadian thing. you never no what can happen out in the bush. you guys are lucky that it is so warm. for some reason it went from 20 on thursday to 5 on friday and -10 on saturday here. plus it is snowing. we got about an inch. this is rediculous. all the nsow was melted. the weather didn't stop us from going on our ride though.

We made it there Saturday also. The pulls were entertaining and bought a
1-1/2" front and rear lift from Paul. Gave me a few install hints and started wrenching on Sunday. The lift goes on just like he said, Awsome lift kit to install. Since it's sitting so high now I'll have to get a longer tow rope to pull home the Suzukis.

Saturday was a good time for sure. Glad I went. Pleased to meet ya Chad. Just my forehead got sunburned LOL. Not used to the sun being strong. Used to be able to grow hair on it. From fish belly white to rock lobster. I'll post up some pics when I get a bit of time here.

I'll also chime in that it was a great day to be outdoors and good to put a face to some of the "Handles" that appear here, great to meet ya'.Maybe next year they will water the track to keep the dust down, but it sure made that first "Bevee" go down fast!HAHAHA.

Well it aint for spare parts LOL,if there's room left after you put ice in, maybe a pair of visegrips, screw driver or even a wrench. Oh the dust, water wasn't in the budget. Wasn't to bad, needed a bit more going on, drag racin' or engine blow, how 'bout a wheelie compitition or even a hole filled with mud. I think it could have used a few more venders- not just Paul and Brad LOL. There was quite a few used rides for sale, anyway good to meet all.....thats my two cents worth.

So what's the most popular box. I like the Tamaracks but haven't bought one yet. Can't really decide which one I want.

I like mine. Its from Quadrax and it seems a little wider at the front so I don't bump into it as much. Heres an old pic, but it shows the seat off pretty good. It has 2 locking lids with a pass thru compartment.

Not sure what form of measurement you use in the US?, but second pic(red atv) has a KIMPEX box. I have the same one(60 can) to big(came with machine), good for leaning againest when your stopped(I like), holds lots a crap, also has handles for passenger(I like), BUT A REEL BITCH BACKING UP IN TIGHT SPOT,hangs over about 6 inches, can't see over them, can get in the way of beaver tail style tail gate, LOL. I made a quick disconnect for mine, can remove in 120 seconds. Also have thin plate bolted inside box with small chain links welded to outside edge, so I can strap shit down, LOL. I'm thinkin' of down sizin' to a 48 can, handles and back rest a must for me, that's another $280. cdn., LOL.

Hey Hammy, how much for the stirrups? They look tuff, I like

hampster_rancher

I think they were $120 @ Royal. They are very tuff. Winched out sideways hooked to them, no prob. Really protect the fenders too. Kimpex brand.
