Whos got um, and what do ya got???

I got one on my left shoulderblade of a green cartoonish bulldog that a friends painted many years ago. Its almost 12 years old and pretty faded so
I'm thinkin ablut gettin it covered with my Rotti's face, he passed away a couple years ago now and he was my good old boy.

My wife got her first tat last night at a biker show and shine here in town. She saw a picture for sale of this little Dwarfy looking guy, kinda like a nomb of a dwarf or something you might see in a Harry potter movies so we bought the print, it was drawn by a local independent artist so we know its not gonna me out there for everyone to see or use. So anyways, she had it put on the top of her foot. I think it looks pretty cool and she likes it.

I'm also thinkin about getting a forearm sleeve done but I aint sure if I'm that "badass" yet LOL.

No tattoo's, but I have some scars to rival any tattoo. They don't fade with age either! And no!!! None of them have anything to do with childbirth.

AHHH yes scars, i can outdo most with them. Got one goes from my shoulder to middle of my forearm, been thinking about a nice coverup tat for some of it.

I only have 2 so far. My first was tribal barbwire on my right arm about 6 years back & my whole back was covered in tribal 4 yaers back. Its only the outline bucause im a wuss & it hurt like hell & i could only sit for 4hrs in that kind of pain.
DONT GET THEM DOWN YOUR SPINE trust me LOL.

My wife has 5 as of last week. She got an 8" gothic farie on her shoulder she got her first one when she was 16.

This was taken on our wedding day. Almost no one knew about her chest peace. You should have seen all the shocked looks when she walked down the aisle. LOL

I got my first to mark a turning point in my life after i broke up with a long time girlfriend.
I needed to do something different! So one night i ended up in a tattoo shop with my wife. She was just a friend back then & the rest is history.
Its like they say, once you get one you want more LOL
Or after you forget the pain you want more.:biggrin1:

Im not happy with the quality of the work on my back. I plan to have it all filled in this fall & i hope this new guy will be able to fix up most of it.

Serious bicycle wreck in the 2nd grade, 29 stitches in my face. The handle bar end pierced my face beside my nose and upper lip. You could see my teeth through the cut. I was wearing a headband with the little plastic teeth to hold my bangs back. It shattered on my hairline as I crashed head first into the pavement. The wreck was so bad, back in the old days, the cops didn't think I would make it until the ambulance got there. They loaded me up in the back of the Police car and took me straight to the emergency room.

WOW, glad you pulled through okay.

My worst facial incedent was my sister kicking me in the face with figure skates on, 7 stiches, 4 on the outside of my top lip and 3 on the inside of the lip. It cut right through and cut my gum line as well. She says she didnt do it on purpose, we were both digging for a puck in the snow banks around the back yard ice rink and I fell down and then BAM I was crying and bleeding all over the snow and ice.
The worst part was that in the 3rd grade, all my so called friends would tell funny jokes to make me laugh, and that would cause the face to change and the stiches to pull and then out came the tears again.....I LOL now but what a bunch of mean friends eh :D

Another time as a child....New houses were being built in my neighborhood and the bricks were delivered in pallets. All the kids were playing "King of the Pallet" My little brother knocked one of the bricks off and it landed on my left big toe. The only thing that kept it attached to my foot was the bone.

Boomerang that sounds awful, i lost my right hand in a work accident so i have a mangled hand and scars on my right and left legs, skin grafts, and a shoulder to mid arm scar, skin transplant, and one mid calf to right baby toe, nerve transplant. i feel for you for sure, only thing makes it better is getting out riding and makin' a mess.

Paul, I worked for Lafarge Pressure pipe making the steel inner cores on a machine called a plate press....makes sheets of metal round that are flat, my hand passed thru a 1/16 space right from pinky to bottom of thumb (palm area). and that is the VERY condensed version.

I would rather go through the Vasectomy again. It was much less painfull than the ink job was.

big wheel wreck when i was a kids. had a ton of stitches in my head from trying to do a backflip off the stairs. skateboard wrecks (had one where i came home with my tooth sticking through my lip), dropped a knife on my foot as a kid and sliced off my little toe, was using my dads knife to cut open a motor oil box to make a hotwheel track and sliced my finger from middle knuckle to fingernail, had a friend stick a 1/2" drill bit through my hand, motorcycle wreck (where i layed in the hospital for days while they decided on how many surgerys to do, until they found out i didnt have insurance) i have road rash scars over 30% of my body.

i have scars on both knees(pretty bad, numerous crashes, both pedal and dirt bike) and a few smaller scars. had 3 stiches on my neck thats all, hopefully these numbers stay low, i don't have a high pain threshold.
