Thanks for info it helps. As of now I'm leaning towards a 14'' rim instead of the 12''. Not for sure yet but leaning to the 14'' ITP SS 108 with 27'' 589's. Will the stock Rhino spin this?? Because if so I might just do without the clutch kit. I'm deffinitly going with the 2'' lift for that added clearance. Also will my Rhino lose much power? If so what would be a good way to get some more power? (without going big on mods)

for the set up your looking at they will turn fine. A couple things though....

1. I think you might be dissapointed with the 2" lift a lot of people are, for in the reat it doesnt even lift, or lifts a half inch. I also heard they squat as well. No lift at all or a three inch lift might be better.

2. The 589's are good, but they are not radial's and if you want a smoother ride with traction like the 589's then the ITP XPR's are the way to go you can get them in 26" or 27" with 14" rims.

The only way to get more "safe" power, is ny getting a bbk IMO. Others may have better advise, but I would stay far away from ****ch kits

Rubberdown have you ever considered in making a lift for the rhino alot of people dont like the HL lift as you can see why....Miht be something for you to look into...Mom and dad has a rhino I could help you out with mesurements but they dont want a lift so you would have to find someone to test it for you but just a thought....

I have torn down a 660 grizzly and it is next to impossible to lift one without upgrading the cheap stock axles on these ATV's so I didnt bother putting a kit together since it is a lot to ask of a customer that they MUST have expensive aftermarket axles to install a lift kit. So I was under the impression that the Rhino would have very similar suspension to the Grizzly with A.) small CV joints, and B.) not really any room to lift it.
So it has not be a big priority so far, but I may take a closer look at the new ones at the dealership next time I'm over there and see what would be required. Maybe see if they want a free kit if I can use a machine for some R&D stuff....

Well I know it would be a nice contribution for the rhino people seeing the other one dont even lift the damn rear of it
