Well you've seen mine but i'll get some more detailed ones up tomorrow. Have you got a rack or a box up front?

Same concept. Have you got a radiator bracket made yet?

Can you fab up a bracket when I'm there?
I'm sure we could come up with something. Take the rad to a local hose and hydraulics shop like I did and tell them you need some hose for the fittings on the rad nipples, I'm pretty sure its a 3/4" I.D. and I got black, I think it was about 6 or 8 feet I picked up, and I also got a few feet of the coil spring shit that keeps the hose from kinking when you bend it and I also got a box of 10 hose clamps and 2 steel connectors, barbed on both ends of them to connect everything.... then it was just a matter of how I was going to route them, connect it, fill it, burp the bitch and away you go ;)

This is how I did my 03 700. Pretty easy and used most of the stock brackets with a few pieces of metal I had laying around.

I did my new bike different. After having to stare at a radiator every time I rode, and having hot air blown on my during these scorching Alabama summers I learned my lesson.

The hose should be 1" on the twin bikes, it is 3/4" on the little ole 500's

Thanks every one for the help, I've made up my mind. Now the only thing left to do is everything!
And a special thanks to Eric for the pics of the old 700. Its a whole lot easier to picture what you want (snorkles) when you are looking at the EXACT same machine!
