There are several ways to insert a pic into your post.
One way is to click on POST REPLY and down in the "Additional Options" below the message screen you will see a box under Attach Files named MANAGE ATTACHMENTS. You can click on that box and upload a picture that you have on the hard drive of your computer.
Another way is to host your pics at a free site such as Photobucket, Webshots, MyImageHosting, or Flicker just to name a few. Once you host your pictures there it will give you an IMG code that you can copy and past into your thread. You can click on the IMG code at the bottom under POSTING RULES to see examples.
If your pics are too large to use...
If the pic needs to be resized...find the picture on your computer. Right click and open with paint. Go to Image at the top and chose strecth skew. When it comes up with the percent windows in the first two windows type 50/50 then 90/90 for example, untill you shrank your original picture to the right size.. To check on size click image then attributes and it should tell ya 124x124 etc.
