Here is a pic of the d985... 130 They say that you can buy them from a deestone dealer...To you guys up in canada it is worth a try...Deestone makes the MST's for HL so if you guys find a place that sales deestone and can get them let us know....One guy says you can HL says you cant...I have been trying to find a deestone dealer but none in my area...

highlifter makes the mst's. not deestone.

deestone just makes the knock off of the mst. just like pirelli makes the mudweiser which is a direct knock off of the mudlite. and maxxis makes the mudzilla and mud machine makes the mud bitch which is a direct knock off.

Look on the side of the M/S/T tire there is the DS badge, they are made by Deerstone. I had to go look, I had problems with one of my 27" M/S/T's thats why I know.

Highlifter does not MAKE tires, they have the rights to that design. The swamp witch was released before the MST. Highlifter took the Swamp Witch and changed the design and called it thier own. So technicly the knock off in this case would be the MST. I am not saying one is better than the other just that when someone remakes a product the usualy make a few improvements.

i looked at mine and they do have the DS logo on the side, that is a new one to me. I bet there is a collective agreement that DS cant sell them.

As far as I know DS makes the tires to highlifters specs, and HL badges them M/S/T's as for the outlaws, I don't think DS makes them.
