I got my rad pulled off today and let me tell you that thing was NASTY!!!!!! I'm surprised the heat light did not stay on all the time.LOL Gonna try to mount it up tomorrow and I'll get some pics for ya'll.

I got her mounted up just now. Gonna make me an expanded metal screen to go on the front of it as well. Here are some pics of the mount and everything.:thumb:

I am still trying to figure out how to do the oil cooler lines since they are metal. Not really sure but I have a good idea.

if they are steel why cant you just bend some new ones from tubing from crappy? or add a connector and extend them, BTW that looks great.

Yeah. Big radiator and itty bitty little fan.LOL I washed on this thing for about 30 minutes and there is still crap between the fins.:frusty:

Looks good Matt. Are you going to move the oil cooler or leave it underneath? I heard alot of guys were leaving it.

Thanks. I am going to leave it underneath. I was going to move it up as well but really don't want to modify my oil cooler lines. I need to make some brackets for it now to keep it under the fender. I will have more pics when my screen is done and my oil cooler is mounted.

Yep. don't ask me why. The oil cooler is mounted on the front of the rad in this pic.

The oil cooler helps keep the tranny cool.

how hard was it to do?i am wanting to do it to my 06 rincon bnut it has fuel injection will i have to do anything diffrent?and how did ur bracket come out for the oil cooler?
