Alright guys, I guess some of you seen my thread last night about my hub not wanting to come off. Well, I found the killer solution to getting the hubs off. My only problem is my hub was seized to the inner part of the bearing so my hub broke while taking it off, but if it weren't froze on, this is the best tool for pulling the hubs. This is a actual hub puller for older model Jeeps and it worked like it was made for the Popo. The good news is it's off the bike and the axles are out the bike.

Here it is bolted up to the hub. I had to put a long socket in the center of the hub against the axle shaft.

Here is the final outcome. It broke the hub off INSIDE the bearing. Thank god I was gonna change the bearings anyways but the bad news is I gotta have a front hub now. This is inside the hub on the back side of it.

And here is the other half still stuck in the bearing still in the strut housing.

Thanks Riven. Yea, I got their web address but HELL YEA BABY..... $4.00 bucks for a front hub. Now as long as they don't stick it to me on the freight, I've heard they are proud of their freight charges. I shall call them tomorrow. Thanks again Riven.

What do you think cause it to freeze like that?? Has that ever happen to you before?? I guess that can happen to any of us.

The only thing I can think of Turk is that side hasn't been apart in over 1 1/2 years so it didn't have any anti-seize on it and with my bike living in water over half it's life span, probally seized the hub to the inner part of the bearing. That's my theory.

holy crap. I've never seen a polaris hub snap like that. In torsion testing, I've seen them snap a 1.5" round steel rod before the hub or splines.
