So I have been considering t-shirts for a little while now, and I know an advertising guy, so we started to cruch some numbers and I may go for it, but it depends on you guys!!!!
What do you think about this, its simple, not to expensive to get made and its a good quality shirt, I guess a 10.1 oz pre-shrunk shirt is a good one....but what the hell do I know LOL. IOf I were to get 100 of these, do you guys think they would last very long if I put them on here and on my products site for sale? Whad do you think would be a fair price for such a fine FINE shirt :D
I was thinking for sizes on my first 100 shirts, 15 med. 30 Lg, 30 XL, 15 XXL and 10 XXXL, now the 2X and 3X will cost me more per shirt so that would have to carry over to the selling cost....

Thats pretty much the cost for these ones just to be made, then I have a few setup charges....
Black with red and white text...

Sorry I was wrong, they are 12.50. But whatever you charge, you want to make a profit. Breaking even isn't good for business. I will take three, once you get them done. Black is a good color, doesn't show dirt or mud. But I never ride in black, too hot in the Alabama sun.

I still have to look more into that, I know I can get vinyl decals made but they are also difficult to put on, so I cant make up my mind on decals like that, or cheaper stickers.....

I know I would have a sticker on my Rinny before I would wear a shirt like that out on a ride. If I pay for clothes new then its not going in the mud lol. It gots to wait its turn in the old shirt rotation!!!

Fuckin right they are hard to put on!!!
Vinyl is nice but it takes a pro to do it right :) I will have mine on when I get my bike back.
I like the shirt idea! Put me down for a XL
I like the GO BIG OR GO HOME option as well.
Ever thought about a Mascot to help ppl to recognize you product like the mudhole flaming ATV?

When putting stickers on, use water with a little dawn in it. I worked at a stereo install shop in highschool and we tinted windows and made stickers. We put the stickers on teh same way as the tint. With the soapy water underneath you can move the sticker around and even take it off to straighten it.
Paul, do you have any objections about me using your logo to make a few stickers? If they turn out well I might can get some more made.

Any ideas on what color fro the sticker to be? (red)rubberdown (black)customs on a white background is what I have been thinking of with maybe "show'em who's boss" underneath in black or silver. ANy ideas would be helpful if Paul dosen't mind.
I have been pondering on this for a while and I know a girl that makes all kinds of stickers for race cars (she does this for a living). I will try to get by and see her by the end of the week cause ...me likes stickers!

littlegrasshopper:
Make a few and post up some pics. If I like one I will order one in a heartbeat. I want one bad and I am picky about what goes on my bike. Please no phone numbers or anything. I like to explain things by word of mouth. If all the info is on the sticker then it takes the fun out of talking about how and from whom I got the product. Know what I mean???
HaHa, I had already typed this before I saw your PM on RinconRiders. I sent you a PM back bro.

K, I'll see what my shirt guy comes back to me with new pricing because his first quote was only print on the front, but I like the back too so I'm sure he will want more, but he better be fair or I will have to shop around for a better deal LOL.
littlegrasshopper, does your friend do stickers with a clear background and colored text? That would be pretty cool, maybe do some with black and red text kind of overlapping for a sort of 3-d look and some with white and red overlapping.
As for a mascot, hell make it a gorup effort, if any of you guys are into art software or can draw and have a scanner and you can design something, NOT "BORROW/steal" it from another designer or web site, then put up some pics. I kinda like the guy doing the superman up on the main page, but thats not really a "lift kit" kinda shot, you know what I mean. And the less colors the better for cost to make things, like shirts, decals, stickers, skull cap touque's (sp?) etc etc

personally I think 20 bucks is fair for a T shirt + taxes and shipping
you can count me in for a couple of XL's as long as they are differnt colours...
I like black and red...

I would definitely take some shirts but I can tell you from experience, a black shirt is WAY too hot to wear down here. Our Team XXL shirts are black and I refused to wear mine at the July mudbog because it was just too hot. One of the team members even had something to say about me not wearing it and I just told him it was too dam bad, I ain't wearing a black shirt in the summer down here. Who cares about it showing mud or dirt, it's gonna be one of my favorite riding shirts, I can see it now. Hell, make it flouresant green or bright orange so everyone will see it. If you make it bright orange I can wear it during the winter time so I won't get shot by no hunters, lol. Oh yea, and I take triple fatties.
I'd would take a few shirts as well..An XL and a XXL.Sticker's too.
Don't be afraid to shop around when getting these done, I have shirts made and the people advertising to be the cheapest aren't and the nice place that looks expensive isn't

If you have them made, I'd for sure like one, but I need a XXLT (I'm big AND tall) Would that be possible?
