:welcome:
Polaris700 and Dirtbmw20 would be the first 2 guys I can think of, and I am pretty sure Dirtbmw20 sells a killer bracket for your model.

Welcome to the forum bullet. I have relocated many of them on the 500's and built a few brackets for the twins but never had to do the complete job on a twin bike. Polaris700 has an extremely nice and neat bracket for his and probally one of the "cleanest" relocates I've seen on the twins. The hoses are routed completely different on the twins versus the 500's, maybe Polaris700 can give you some good points and possibly some pics of his set-up. I'll be glad to help ya any way I can.

If and when this MOD gets done on my machine I know who to contact for a front rack bracket??...I hope.
As I said in another thread it's just a matter of time before I do it.Through the natural course of time.

Of course.
Good glad to know that. It's just a matter of time.It seems as soon as I finish one project I need another to go on or I'm just not a happy camper. If I'm not riding it I wanna be working on it.

my my my, where do we start?
first off you would need to figure out where and how you want yours. standing up, laying down or somewhere in the middle. i found that it was harder to turn the hoses facing the machine but it made the install much much cleaner looking.
on the newer bikes, the fan is held to the radiator by 4 screws bolted into the tank (2 on each side). with the fan and hoses on the back side of the radiator, i just turned it around backwards and used the 4 bolt holes that held the fan on to hold the radiator to the bracket. i cut 4 pieces of old radiatir hose into squares and used those as a spacer between the rad and bracket.
as for hoses, thats just something you have to work with. theres really no way to say "you need xx feet of xx diam hose with xx amount of bends." i had a few feet of universal hose and 2 of the old hoses off my 03 700 when i moved it.
the biggest part to doing mine was making the decision to cut up the front storage box. since i was doing snorkles at the same time i knew i would be cutting it up anyway.
as you can see in the pictures i used alot of parts from the other 2 times i moved my rad. thats why theres so many brackets and pieces with holes in them. one day when i dont feel so lazy im planning on redoing alot of them to make it better looking.
