LOL, yall..... she fixed...um.........something. I don't know what it was but it was pretty good. I was with slayer before she ever got on here and asked, I wanted tacos. I'm a VERY picky eater so it's hard to cook for me, I don't hardly eat anything, especially anything that is good for me.

Ok here you go!! Guys favourite!!

Smoked Ribs....

Buy your favourite ribs - half rack per person
Make rub and rub all over ribs and set in fridge for 24hrs - this guy has great rubs and smoking ideas http://www.foodtv.ca/ontv/titledetails.aspx?titleid=68771
Prepare smoke packs for smoker or BBQ - above shows you how
Here is a cheap smoker if you need to build one - http://cruftbox.com/cruft/docs/elecsmoker.html
Heat BBQ or smoker to get smoke packs smoking, turn down to 225 Degree's, place ribs on grill
Have some beer :)
Check on Ribs in 1.5 hours, and replace smoke pouch with 2nd one
Have some beer :)
In 3 hours, heat up favourite BBQ sauce and brush all over ribs
Remove ribs, tent with tin foil for 10 minutes (have quick beer), serve with beer

Yep, I'm the pickiest eater but it ain't like she didn't know that before we got married. I love just about any kind of peas or beans. I love peas and lima beans. That goolash stuff she cooked was pretty good with the noodles but it wouldn't of been so good with rice, that just don't sound good with rice. But tacos would've been real good. ;)

And here I am saying in the post above that I hate lima beans.

I'll explain. When I was a little tyke in nursery school I was force fed lima beans one time and was force fed them until I became sick...no details I dont want to gross folks out but I'm sure yall know what I mean by sick.

Damn, you sound like my wife, shes impossible to cook for, thats why she does almost all the cooking. Me on the other hand, as long as it aint raw fish or fish eggs, I'll pretty much eat ANYTHING.

Agreed........When I was growing up, My Mother didn't cook cafeteria style, you ate what she cooked or went hungry. So you learned to like a little bit of everything. There isn't any food that I hate, just some that I prefer more than others.

I like the Hamburger Helper meals. But I use ground venison instead of beef.
In fact, I've made all of the above with deer meat. If that gets old, PORK CHOPS!! Baked, fried, grilled, etc.;)

I found some frozen stuffed salmon fillets at wal-mart a couple of weeks ago and they turned out to be some of the best fish I've ever eaten. They're stuffed with crab meat and shrimp and god knows what else but they taste incredible (and are cheap). I pick a couple up every 2 weeks now.
