1. Driving a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates an intention to lift some or all of its tires from the surface of the highway, including driving a motorcycle with only one wheel in contact with the ground, but not including the use of lift axles on commercial motor vehicles.

2. Driving a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates an intention to cause some or all of its tires to lose traction with the surface of the highway while turning.

3. Driving a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates an intention to spin it or cause it to circle, without maintaining control over it.

4. Driving two or more motor vehicles side by side or in proximity to each other, where one of the motor vehicles occupies a lane of traffic or other portion of the highway intended for use by oncoming traffic for a period of time that is longer than is reasonably required to pass another motor vehicle.

7. Driving a motor vehicle at a rate of speed that is 50 kilometres per hour or more over the speed limit.

8. Driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention, without reasonable consideration for other persons using the highway or in a manner that may endanger any person by,

i. driving a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates an intention to prevent another vehicle from passing,

ii. stopping or slowing down a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates the driver's sole intention in stopping or slowing down is to interfere with the movement of another vehicle by cutting off its passage on the highway or to cause another vehicle to stop or slow down in circumstances where the other vehicle would not ordinarily do so,

iii. driving a motor vehicle in a manner that indicates an intention to drive, without justification, as close as possible to another vehicle, pedestrian or fixed object on or near the highway, or

iv. making a left turn where,

(A) the driver is stopped at an intersection controlled by a traffic control signal system in response to a circular red indication;

(B) at least one vehicle facing the opposite direction is similarly stopped in response to a circular red indication; and

(C) the driver executes the left turn immediately before or after the system shows only a circular green indication in both directions and in a manner that indicates an intention to complete or attempt to complete the left turn before the vehicle facing the opposite direction is able to proceed straight through the intersection in response to the circular green indication facing that vehicle. 1, 2, 3 & 7 are easy on an ATV. Max speed in Ontario on an ATV is 50km, 20km if the posted limit is below 50km

You should also know that they can seize your vehicle. We had 2 Americans caught racing a couple of months ago, they are not getting their vettes back! The cars will be sold at auction.

Who hasnt done donuts in their youth in some abandoned dirt or gravel parking lot or an empty foot ball field or field of any type for that matter somewhere in their youth????

Okay, this one I do alot, but only if the person in the oncoming lane is taking forever to get their car moving, like old people or people not paying attention so if I get nailed for that, I will raise one hell of a stick about it.

I cat tell you i would have had many charges if the cops had ever been around when i was younger. They would not have needed any new laws to bust us.

The worst thing i can remember was having a friend on the roof of my 85 Chevette going 90 kmh & having him jump into th box of a friends truck that was driving next to us on the 2 lane Hwy.
They had beer & he was out!

Not that i wanted him to do it but by the time i figured out what he was doing he was most of the way out the window. It was only about 6 seconds for him to get from my car to the back of the truck.

i used to drive a 79 firebird drag car to school it had no headlights or tail lights gutted interior and shaved firewall no heater or windshield wipers either. but i knew all 3 of the cops in town and used to help them work on there drag cars too. they never pulled me over even for doing donuts in a store parking lot while they were there. the only time i've ever been pulled over was for doing 105 mph in my ford ranger but i just got a warning. but thats ALABAMA for ya.
