There is one spot where the cable hits the frame that I need to trim off. You can see it in the first pic. & I still need to weld the lift assembly to the push frame. It’s only held on with a clamp it these pics
Besides that it’s only some Tremclad paint away from finished.
Here is last years model.

I might need to cut & lean the two vertical supports on an angle back into the back an inch or more because when I lift the blade it has to move forward & up when I lift it. The forward motion might be an issue because it will be fighting the forward motion of the bikel & may put extra stress on the winch.
If I angle the post back just enough to counter the forward motion things should be just about perfect.
I will try it first before cutting it just in case it’s not an issue.

Very creative design Jay (is Jay cool or do you prefer Jason???). It looks like it will be fine in the video you posted, looks like it works well with no outward pulling on the cable when you raise it????

Jay is cool by me :) just J if you like
Now that i am married ill answer to a lot worse. Like idiot or dickhead. I may not like it but she tells me I don’t have a choice.
The forward motion is more visible in person. I will give it a try first, it will be an easy mod if it needs to be done.

Yep sold the blade but the frame is still here. Thinking of taking it to the scrap yard shortly.
Needs a couple of tabs added to limit up & down travel.
Other than that it works like I designed it to.
If I had the cash I would have gone with a Glacier system.
