I have a complete set that came off a 2004.5 700. I have no idea if they are the same. IF you can find out if they are the same, you are welcome to them for free, just pay the freight.

Even at Polaris indutries.com there isn't a listing for that 1/2 year thing. I guess I could take some mesurement when I get home. My local dealer decided it would be better to have an answering machine LOL. Too much

I've noticed that on a few different things I've looked up. There is no reference to any 1/2 year parts, it either list parts for a 2004 or a 2005, no 2004.5.
Rob, if you want, you are welcome to them anyways, if they fit then great, if not, then they can clutter up your garage instead of mine, lol, or you can just thrown them away. They're yours if you want, just let me know.

04.5 on the twins added a fuel gauge i think, and on the 500 the went to the new front center hillard clutch vs the old style.
If you replaced them both I think it would be OK even if thye were alittle different.

I should have both of mine available to you in a week or so, I think I got forward a-arms being made soon by my fab guy ;)
And yes, trying to order parts for an 04.5 is a royal pain in the a$$ (you like my creative spelling LOL)

Don't think that's right. The 02 and 03 twins already had fuel gauges.

The 2004.5 was the first with a fuel gauge. My 04 dont have one.
most of the a-arms are the same. the only difference between a 2wd and a 4x4 is one has a flange for the boot guard. I have used ones available if you still need one, but you might as well get pauls since your on his side of the line.
