probably closer to 2 weeks depending on my material supplier. Sometimes he has it in stock and can cut me 4 blanks within a couple days, sometimes he doesnt and I have to wait for him to get it in stock.

On the price of your wheel spacers, is that for 1ea or 1 set of 2

That is per 1 spacer and shipping is included in the price weather you order 1 or 4 spacers. I know its more than your average wheel spacer, but the average wheel spacers are mass produced using CNC machines for 156 to 156 patterns or 110 to 110 patterns, pretty much all standerd patters only. I only make them for converting bolt patterns and I dont think any of the bigger companies do this so I have to make them per order per conversion request and therefore I cant make them CNC and I have to do it all on old school machines, like a manual lathe and a manual mill. Believe it or not, it takes a lot of hours to make 1 full set of 4 spacers. My wife hates when I have to make them because I put in about 4 hours of OT a night for 2 to 3 nights until they are all finished.

RD, why don't you just write a quick CNC program to do them? Those are a simple enough thing to do that it should take you maybe a half hour to do the CNC code. It should take you less time to do the CNC code than to manually do one set.

It would be faster, but my CNC experiance is strickly with 5 axis tool and cutter grinders, not Mills and Lathes or else believe me, i would do it all CNC LOL. If I wanted to have it done CNC by one of the guys I work with, it would cost me any profit i have left in the job...AND, sometimes someone will tell you that they will do something for you and then they end up not showing up on the weekend, or before the shift starts or they all of a sudden dont have time to help you out. This is why i would rather do it myself because I will work until the job is done since its for me, and MY customer.
