Do you make them as a complete kit or just the backets.

Thats a good idea you got there Vern, what do you think Lee, maybe get a full kit which would include all mounting hardware, all hoses and fittings needed for each different setup and sell it as a simple bolt on kit with EVERYTHING already included. I'm sure it would sell since that way, the buyer wouldnt have to track down all the fittings, the hoses and the hardware. I would consider being a Canadian rep for them like that. Not that we have many people into relocating the rads, I would have it offered to my canadian and U.S. customers if you ever wanted to do something like that????:eyebrows:

That kit includes a rad as well doesnt it? I think if Lee came up with a kit for each model being that they may vary from model to model, he could sell a kit minus the new rad for a decent buck and make a lot of people happy.

Yes that includes a radiator ,but that way there is only one kit. If you could do it without the radiator and make machine spacific kits using the stock radiator. They would sell.

Thats what I was thinkin Vern, and I'm sure Lee has enough friends to help him with the R&D of all the other polaris models.

What do YOU think Lee????

Vern, so far I have only done them as just brackets, I've only done a few, maybe 5 or 6. The problem with doing them as "kits" is that there are SO many different varations that it can be done it is almost impossible to come up with a "kit". For starters, I have NEVER seen how the twins are plumbed, I know for a fact they are different than my 500 but I don't know the plumbing of the twins, I only have a radiator from a 800 to use for my frames, the fillneck is located and plumbed different but I have never set eyes on one close up to see what fittings would be needed for what. Some people will want the fans on top, some will want them on the bottom, again, that is different plumbing variations. I myself would want to stick to the frames only. Even on the litle 500's, you can plumb them so many different ways it would be hard as hell to come up with an actual "kit". I can't even do them for any bike PRE 2005 because the radiators are different and they mount different on the front rack, andd since I don't know anyone with a PRE 2005 bike to look at and get measurements or just look at for mounting "ideas", I can't even offer one for a bike like Pauls. Like I said, there are so many different variables and variations, that is why I haven't "pushed" them and only made them as a favor to favor basis so far.

Bullet, the twins require a tad more work and a little more material. You are looking at roughly between $100.00 - $150.00 shipped, depending on if you wanted the fan on top or on bottom, but that gives ya a rough estimate.

Stephen, I haven't actually "started" on it yet but I DID go buy all the materials to do it the other day. I'm STILL trying to get my struts ground down to my "liking" so I can put my Gorilla axles in. I think I've had these dam axles 4 or 5 weeks now and haven't put them in yet. I gotta get one thing finished before I start on another but then again, I gotta have my radiator re-done before we go to Doles in 4 weeks. I'll have mine done in about another week or two.

I don't know ANYBODY with any other Polaris bikes, especially any older than my 2005's. The guys I ride with have either Brutes, Grizzlies, a few Kodiak's, a few Hondas, but no "older" Poalris bikes. I've also got a radiator and a front rack off a Brute, although I haven't done one for a Brute YET, I have the radiator and front rack to do it by. I'll be doing my first one for a Brute in the next week or two also.
