cleaned it real good several times , take a short ride real slow and light comes on
Is there fluid weeping out of the tube coming off the water pump?

Sounds like the water pump is shot! Happens a lot on the Rincons if the water pump was never vented up high to the pod. Also, have you taken the oil cooler off the front of the rad. You would be surprised how much stuff gets into the area behind the oil cooler. Once that is cleaned out good it will give you 20 percent or so more cooling if it was clogged.

just cleaned the rad, water pump is snorked i guess that makes it the water pump
If you ever get mud, sand, dirt or other crud up in that tube to the water pump chances are it is going to eat up the seal in there and cause it to leak. If you ever see fluid coming out of that tube then the seal is no good.
I'm not saying that the water pump is the problem even though it most likely is the problem. If it's not that then I don't know.

I have the same problem on my'05. It drips out of the nipple on the front of the wtaer pump. I snorkled it but only after it started leaking. Is the pump hard to change?
