Went out to check out the rincon and I have alot of wobble in the back tires, so I figure it Can't be that hard to change bearings. could someone walk me threw it? I then grabbed the rear driveshaft and it wobbles too, so now i am getting in deeper. How do I do this? I'm not stuppid just not real smart with these things!:becky:Should I buy a book or with a few tips I should be ok? Do I need special tools?

You'll probly want access to a shop press to get the old bearings out and the new ones in.

As far as fixing the drive shaft problem, you'll have to take the whole sub frame off the bike to figure out what the problem is and to be able to fix it.

I'd spend the $30 on the clymer manual it will give you all the torque specs on the reassemble too

It's not as bad as it looks Bob trust me. You'll know what to do once you get down there and study what needs to come apart. Just make sure you keep up with all your bolts and nuts. When I have a big repair job like that I put my bolts and nuts in zip loc bags and label them so I know for sure where they go when it comes time to put it back together. Getting a service manual is a GREAT idea also. My service manual for my old Rincon told you how to disassemble the engine so it would be a great purchase also.

First thing I bought when I was re-building Project Foreman was a shop manual! One of the most valuable tools in your shop, IMHO ! and the Ziplock bag trick is great for organizing all things on a tear down.
