just got my new kit put in, just back and forth through the yard it seems nice. i'll have to go out tommorow and really ride. i had to try the orange spring ot see what it was like, instant wheelies but it was just too much kinda fun though. but seriously now i liked the white with the screw in the heel. don't know my rpms yet but what will happen if i take the screw out. how much different will it act. thanks fellas

How was the install?? Was it difficult??

I'm thinking about the HC for my SP 500 HO. I'll be interested to here your report after you go for a real ride.

Instant wheelies with the orange spring?? I need to get a HC.

Hey

The install is very simple. The secondary needs a spring compressor to make it safe but can be done without one. But you can make one VERY easy also. The oragne spring will give wheelies but on mine engages at 2500rpm.....not very trail and hill frindly.

sacul, if you take the screw out the bottom hole (heel), you won't feel a "seat of the pants" difference but it should allow it to rev a few more rpm's. When you say weight in the "heel", do you have the old version where the set screw actually goes in the heel or do you have the new version that has three screw holes on the side ??? I actually have an old AND new version and the old style has two holes in the side for screws and then one in the back of the heel that takes small set screws. I run the old style with a small 1gr set screw in the heel, I run the new style with no screws at all, both with stock primary springs and stock secondary springs.
