I have noticed on the forum that almost everyone has a Lift Kit of some sort, mostly 2" or so.
How do you use these machines without replacing drive line parts on a regular basis. Are you adding other parts to compensate for the angle changes or what. I just bought an 08 Foreman FM, and would like to lift the body, but I cannot afford to be replacing worn parts all the time.
I cannot even trust the tire companys with advertised tire diameters, unless I E-mail them first. I thought I could get an inch or two of G.C. with changing to larger diameter tire. I have a set of Bear Claws 25 x12.5 x12 which measure 24" with the proper air pressure and over pressure. I also have a set of 26" Mudlights that measure 26". I have searched the net for some type of chart that would give the various sizes from the major tire companys but have had no luck.
Sorry to wonder off subject, but the lift subject concerns me the most, in the way that if I did want to go to a 27" or 28" all terrain tire, and required a lift, what are my options as far as maximum lift or ????.
Take care !!!
