well i was in the dealer the other day and they had some hl lift kits there for the sportsmans. i picked one up just to see what they were like and noticed they had extension for the sway bar (the part the you can make the disconect for). so i was wondering if you could or any had done it, to take about an inch thick of washers and get longer bolts to extend the sway bar on rd lift. i noticed the other day that the little rubber disks were all ripping. so i thought this might work.

when I got my RD lift, the sway bar extension is 1 inch longer than stock.

My RD lift did not come with the longer bars but I think the new ones do.

I also can't remember if my RD lift came with the little extensions or not but I already had a lift on my bike that I had gotten from SuperATV and theirs came with the little extensions so they were already on my bike when I did my RD lift, I just re-used the ones that were already on my bike. If your bike has a lift on the rear then the little extensions NEED to be on there.

My RD rear lift kit came with the longer ones also.

How long ago did you order your kit popo500efi? I only started adding those probably about 6 months ago or so, so my first 50 kits or so didnt have them included. If you ordered yours prior to that then you wouldny have gotten them, therefore I will get some out to you okay.

I bought a used RD lift for the rear of my SP500 and for the swaybar, I used a set of 98 Ford Ranger front links. They are made of a really hard plastic and are just the right length

I bought my kit from Instigator on the ATV conection forums. He got rid of his MV and bought a Brute Force. So I bought his rear lift and HSP exhaust. I'm really impressed with the lift.
