Well, about 3-4 yrs ago I really got into lifting, and eating right and so forth. I was competing in a wreastling compitition when I snaped my left elbow backwards. It was dislocated (obviously), and the socket was cracked and broken up. This happened when i was in my best shape, and i was only 15 yrs old. After that, I stoped wreastling, and told my self i would take a break from the weights, and start back up once i was healed............well, it healed, and I never got back to it.
Sorry for the story, just letting you know a lil about myself.
Now I want to get back to it. To start I am 18, 6' 2" (a hair under) and curently 226 lbs. I need to lose the fat first. I want to get down to about 200, or a few pounds under before I start building the muscle back again. So let me know how i should start, and what is a good time frame for this?? I am very good at keeping with something, and very determined. I love grilled chicken, and venison, so that is good, but I hate running on tread mills.
Enough talking, sitting in front of the computer isn't helping with things.
