Anybody know where or if there is an oil pressure port on the twins? I just put a temp guage in the pod and I think it would look good with a matching guage on the otherside. I'm thinking either oil pressure or voltage.

i would put the oil pressure because there is already a voltage guage on the popos.

Nice looking setup Ploaris700 I like the way you did the matching gauges and you positioned them perfectly, looks factory.I'm about to install my temp guage and may consider a gauge for the other side.

I found the pressure port, Polaris700 that looks good with the Ultra-lites they match your speedo really well. Is yours an 07? Mines 07 but has a different speedo. Everybody says it tough to put the larger guages in the pod, but it's worth it to be able to get a better selection using a 2 1/16" guage. The Phantoms match the speedo on mine realy well.

ya polaris700 your guage looks the same as my 06 and my dads 06 and my frineds 06. 800stealth's looks like my friend 07. the only thing different is the one that 800stealth has, has a clock on it and it lookes different.

i would guess that there is a plug in the block located near the oil filter on the 500's also

I'm going to take a look and see what I can find.I'd love to run an oil gauge.

I got the oil pressure guage in today. Now just need a spot for the work light switch, I'm thinking maybe get the quadovater reverse light set up and just leaving the switch inside the pod. I never use them any way.

i have seen them put right down on the bottom of the pod. kinda underneath where it says polaris on the speedo on the little flat part. the same surface as the gauages.

Thats a good idea I was thinking of where I could put put my backup light switch if I run a another gauge where that switch currently is.
Thanks for posting the pictures guys they are very helpful.I printed the pictures posted in this thread as a guide as where exactly to properly mount both guages,i'll be cutting the hole today for my temp. gauge. and doing the fan switch.

I'm pretty sure the bars would be in the way in that spot. I would definately have to modify the connector to do that, probably have to trim off the terminals as close to the switch as possible and solder the wire to the switch and keep everything as flat as possible. I'm thinking maybe beside the 12 volt outlet on the side.

The port is behind the belt housing, if you looking at your oil filter it is at about one o'clock. You can't actually see it in this pick but the red arrow is right on it.
