i am selling my fan on/off switch because i am relocating my rad and have no use for it. It allows you to turn your rad fan on manually. it will ight up when you do so. it also lights up when the fan comes on automatically. it is an easy three wire install. it also involves cutting a hole in your headlight pod but is easy because all you do is follow the outline on the back side. this switch is made by the same company that makes the stock polaris rear work light switch so it looks stock once put in the pod. i am asking $10.00 for it. here is the website that sells them.

What are you going to use to fill the hole where the switch was??

I'll be installing my switch sometime this week.

Hope you dont me asking what you used to cut out the piece for the switch,It's such a small very small piece to cut out.The temp gauge is real easy because I can use a 1-1/2 hole saw but the switch being so small will take some percision.

Hey guys thanks for the tip on the exacto knife it worked just fine, the plastic is really easy to cut.I got the reverse override switch in last night and working I love it.What was nice on my year/model is that on the inside of the pods plastic there was markings for for where to cut the hole for the switch so I mounted it above the work lights switch.

I'm going to start the temp gauge & the fan switch tonight, those i'm going to mount on the other side of the speedo.

Yeah I would think someone here would be interested,it's a great mod and so simple to install, even cutting the plastic to mount the switch was simple. If I had'nt already had got mine I would've bought yours.

Make sure on the temp guage you cut the hole up high enough to clear the handle bars.

Will do,Greg from quadovator says to allow at least 1 1/2 inches of clearance for the lower part of the gauge that goes inside the pod.I'll take pictures whan all is installed and post em up in the polaris forum.
