As many of you know I have worked hard to make CMR a success. I, along with many other companies and people feel like we have done so. However, the time has come to where I need you the racers to help me. I have started working with a company out of IN that would like for us to be a large part of their show for 2010. This show will take place all over the United States. Stops will be in states such as Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, Texas, Indiana and Arkansas. (Just to name a few). They have asked that we come to www.hawthorneracecourse.com for an event on August 22- 23, 2009. Please take the time to view the facility. Many of you came to RPM Fest and seen where we were placed for this event. This will not take place during this event. We will be front and center for this stop.
You guys asked for more money so here it is! This will be the largest pay out in the history of the CMR. You will be racing for a $15,000 payout! ( I will post soon how the pay outs will work out). I'm asking all of the racers to sign up now for this stop. Cost will be $10.00 per class and YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to sign up at the event. You will need to E-mail susannepalmer@aol.com or call 706 675 3503. If you call and do not get anyone please leave a voicemail. Someone will call you back. Yes, this will be a points race just like all other stops. The event will be broke down into two days. On Saturday the 22nd we will start around 10:00 A.M. I'm not sure what time we will stop. Then we will race Sunday, the 23rd. Racing will start at 10:00 A.M. and should stop by 5:00 P.M. The racers will need to be there for both days. Yes, I do know we asked for y'all to be at the last event for two days and things did not work out. I assure you, we will race both days! I have visited the facility myself. They know what we need and yes they have the water to fill the pit!
I have done the work! Now I need the support for this sport to grow.
