I have a question regarding anti-trust laws. Here's the situation:
There is a farmers' Market which is a non-profit organization and a coop. The board is made up of all the members. There is one member that sells produce at the market, but also sells to a grocery store in town. Another member of the market is trying to pass a by-law which would state that any member of the market would not be allowed to sell to any store in the area.

Now, I know that it is illegal for one company to say to anyone it does business with "We will pull our business from you if you sell or buy to or from our competitor" but I'm not sure if there are loopholes for a coop or non-profit organization to do it.
