For months now I have been trying to find someone that could, or rather, WOULD take the time & effort into doing this for me without sticking it to me hard. After about two months and 10 different people searching around, I finally found this guy willing to help me out without charging me an arm and a leg for my artwork. Go to this link and scroll down to the bottom and check out my new Team XXL logo, there are several different pics and even a short video of the logo being cut out on the cnc machine. Tell me what yall think.

Not yet Paul. All that was just made yesterday, the video and pics. He made that one for me yesterday which is for a Brute radiator and he made one for MY Polaris radiator last night and will ship them both out to me today so I will have them sometime next week. I gotta get my welder out of the repair shop before I can proceed with ANYTHING, I have been at a stand still for two weeks now because of a bad pc board in my welder.

Well buddy, with these things for the fronts of the rads, and the brackets you already sell, you need to put some serious thought into marketing these things as a complete kit. Hell, even if its just for the 500 sportsmans right now, you could probablt make enough coin on just that machine model to pay for a trip to the honeymoon capital of the world and stop in for a visit ;)

Once I get all my shit fixed and get my ducks in a row, I'm gonna focus on making them for the newer body style Polaris bikes since I have radiators to fits those bikes (500's-800's) and also the Brute Force because I have a radiator and front rack from a Brute also. I just want to get all the trial & error crap out the way before I try to market them. My welder has been broke for some time now, it just took me several months to figure the damn thing was broke because it was an intermittant thing, it only happened every once in a while then it started doing it all the time so I finally got a chance to figure out what was wrong with it (pc board), then it's out of warranty and the board costs $288.00 bucks PLUS labor to put it in, my chop saw has been broke, just everything hasn't worked right here lately that's why I kinda "shrugged" it off last time you mentioned it to me, cause all my shit is broke and I can't do nothing. BUT, I got my saw fixed, I called Miller and bitched and they are fixing my out-of warranty welder for FREE so things are looking up and getting fixed. I should have the shop back in operation the weekend after we get back from the Doles ride and I will start on making some frames to sell.

Cool buddy, i know you can do okay with it once you get the ball rolling, your rep speaks for itself, and people talk highly of you so you will have no problem marketing something like this.

Hey Lee, have you thought about maybe using material like in this picture here on the 2 scorpions for better air flow maybe, it was just an observation from a co-worker when I was showing off your idea...

Yea, I thought about that Paul but the logo isn't gonna take up the whole front of the radiator in the first place so I don't "THINK" air flow is going to be a problem. They run SO much cooler with the radiator up top anyways that I don't think it's gonna affect it. I'll know in a few more weeks though, lol.

Alright, FINALLY, I got the very first two cut on the plasma cutter in my posession. Here is a pic of the one going on a Brute Force radiator bracket I will be making in the near future.

And here is the one for my Polaris. The pic is just a PRELIMINARY fittment (sp????) to see what it will look like. I painted it black just so it would show up against the radiator bracket, it will at least give you an idea of what I'm doing with it and what it will look like. The expanded metal (mesh grate) will be completely gone and just the emblem will be there.

Paul, as you can see, there will be PLENTY of air still getting to the radiator, I don't see a need to use the mesh grate metals like he used in those pics, plus I think it looks better solid but that's just MY opinion.

Ya, that should be just fine Lee. Hey, i was PMing back and forth with your wife about a lift kit, I also asked her to ask you if you have this file as a proper DXF file yet and if so, i could try and laser that on her red lift if you guys decide to go with my kit. See her PM's for your pricing buddy ;)

First off, what do you mean if we decide to go with YOUR lift ?????? You know better than that, lol. There's not another lift out there I would take for free versus buying YOUR lift. No way in hell I would use ANY other lift. As a matter of fact, I have a 2" lift sitting in my garage made by SuperATV that I took off my bike when I bought your lift so I have a free lift to put on her bike BUT I would rather BUY your lift than use that piece of shit lift for free. THAT'S how strongly I feel about the ole bad ass RD lifts, lol !!!!!!
As far as having that in the DXF file, I don't personally have it but I paid the guy for the artwork and have the rights to it if I want the file, that wouldn't be a problem. BUT..... Amy is actually riding and racing for her own group with the East Coast Dirty Girls (the girls with the calender), she doesn't REALLY ride for XXL, she kinda does but her MAIN team is the East Coast Dirty Girls if that makes any sense at all. She rides for both teams but HER team is the Dirty Girls Team so she don't want the XXL on her lift. I have a claim/dispute opened through ebay/paypal right now so I have to wait to get that straightened out before I can buy the lift. It should be resolved sometime this week though so it shouldn't be too much longer. I have $158.00 bucks in my paypal account that they have tied up right now that I can't use.

Well....... she's a woman, of course she's gonna want something "special" on there, no telling with her. Check out the radiator frame, the expanded metal is cut out and the logo tack welded in there. I did a real shitty job on this frame, probally my worst yet, it's so out of square I ain't sure the radiator is gonna bolt in,lol, but right now it looks killer.
