Front Lift Instructions
Lift the RZR off the ground with a floor jack of some sort and pull the tires off
Remove the lower shock bolt and pull the lower part of the shock out of the way as well as the end of the front sway bar .
Make sure all the bolts go into ALL of the holes with the threads pointing towards the FRONT of the machine. Also make sure the sway bar offset plate is on the "seat" side of the shock, NOT the front side of the shock.
Put a 2-1/2 bolt through hole A of the Sway bar offset plate, and then slide 3 washers onto the bolt up against the sway bar offset plate like pictured below
http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j158/rubberdown/Stabalizerplate.jpg http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j158/rubberdown/100_0061.jpg
Place the lift block into the space that the shock was in with the longer end of the stabilizing center tab pointing towards the tire. Slide the bolt that goes through hole A and the 3 washers into the lower shock mounting hole and put a nut on the end of the bolt, but dont tighten it just yet. Put the lower end of the shock into position in the top part of the lift block and slide a 3 bolt through hole B of the Sway bar offset plate, the top hole in the lift AND the end of the shock, now put a nut on the bolt, dont tighten it just yet. This is much easier if you use a ratchet strap looped around the top and bottom of the shock to compress it just a little bit.

Put the end of the sway bar in line with hole C of the sway bar offset plate and slide a 2 bolt through the end of the sway bar and then the stock spacer and finally through hole C and put a nut on the end like pictured below.

Now you can tighten all the nuts in place.

Pull tire off and remove lower shock bolt and pull the lower end of the shock out of the way. Place lift block into space that the shock was in with the stabilizing center tab pointing towards the tire. Slide the original stock bolt through the lower lift block holes to fasten the lift block into place in the original lower shock mounting position. Slide the shock into the lift block and use a 2-1/2”bolt to fasten it into place and put the nut on and tighten.

Ya, I saw that thread, they are spacers similar to the sportsman spacers I use, but with that, its only a spring spacer, unlike the sportsman lift that has both a spring spacer and a strut spacer to actually lift the shock/strut and the spring equal amounts. There is no way to lift the struts like on the sportsman with the RZR so I came up with a lift for it similar to my other lift kits whereyou actually change the shock mounting position. I think all that guy has was spring spacers and he called it a lift.... not a "TRUE" lift IMPO.
The other problem I saw with putting a spacer on the shock like that is this.... there has been at least 1 or 2 complaints about that reatainig clip on the top of the spring on the RZR actually breaking, so if you go and put even more pre-load on the spring, weather it be the top of bottom of it, and you do not re-inforce that retaining clip, you are just putting it under more stress.
Give me till Sunday and I'll try to have pictures up of the spring spacer I am designing. I hope to get a set of 4 turned and milled this Saturday for my first test on a machine. It will be at the top, it will be a 1" spring spacer, and it will replace that stock retaining clip with the new design, and have the built in ring like my sportsman front lift to prevent the spring from wandering around.

ok, so do forsee any problems with me running the 30's on just lift and spacers? Actually if i run 10's and not 12's on the back will i need spacers at all? Will your new design work with the lift aswell?

The new spring spacers will also work with a lift, but they will also be putting your a-arms really at the maximum limit. Since I dont own a RZR or have one at my disposal, its hard for me to give an honest opinion of how they will affect the machine. I think that if the stock RZR springs are at all like the stock sportsman springs, they will wear out and soften right up after very little use, and then it wont really be an issue to use a spring spacer since in essence, it will just be picking up the slack from a worn out coil.
As for your tires fitting, again, not sure as I dont have one....YET ;) but I do remember seeing a motor mount on the right hand side just ahead of the rear right tire that looks like it could be a pain in the ass for some tires.

Im only confused about one thing,
in the how to instructions it says
Make sure all the bolts go into ALL of the holes with the threads pointing towards the FRONT of the machine.
but in the video, the thread (Nut side) is pointing towards the rear?
Seems to make more sense to have thread in the rear, since its less likely to get mangled by rocks and debris, thoughts??
Also, has anyone installed this on the 09? I had to compress the shock with a C clamp to get the spacer to fit in the front, I esd 1/4 inch out of line. curious if you guys had any difficulty getting your bolt threw (shock to spacer) or if it just slid in without any effort.

Sorry, the video shows the bolts in the wrong direction, put them in as instructed.
I have it installed in my 09 and several do, you need to put down pressure on the hub to get the bolt to slide into the hole.

Hey, yeah it went a lot easier when I realized I had my steering wheel turned slightly my bad, should have thought about it more before posting, the shock wasn't lining up, shes all set now, and Im absolutely loving it... No more clings and clangs of bolders smashing the skid plate. lots of clearance!
Thanks, awesome product.

Hey Paul, i read on the gorilla axle site a guy has problem fitting the gorilla bots (they rub the a-arm) with your lift..
This worries me since i have some gorillas on the way.
DO you know anything about this, or the fix?

No, this is all new to me, BUT with a lot of the gorilla axles or Turner axles, there is usually some machine modifications required to make them fit since they are a much larger CV Cup and axle shaft. I know that for my Sportsman, you have to grind even more material off the front struts and even some material out of the bearing carriers on the front and rear to fit Gorillas or Turners (I run both) just to make them fit. I have heard similar issues on other ATV's as well with these bigger aftermarket axles, so I'd be interested in seeing what the issue is once you have them and maybe we can try and figure out what might have to be modified to make them work???
