Made my first phone call this morning to RDC to order some 1" spacers for the Popo. To my suprise, a very nice woman answered the phone and not some big Poopoo ridin tough guy. Being treated like a human being will make me a customer for life. Having my parts in stock and a price that I couldn't beat just added to it. I asked Mrs. Rubberdown if my spacers were not in stock, could I just get her to take them on Mr. Rubberdowns bike and she told me no. Sounds to me like the customer service could use a little work.:rapture:
Paul, please tell Mrs. Rubberdown thank you for dealing we me, both times, today on the phone. I will be calling back soon enough for the rest of the crap we all put on these bikes. Oh, and, she just had to rub it in that her husband just got an 09' 850 Stealth after I told her that I just got an 09' 800 plain jane green turd. Thank's for making me feal like less of a man.:lalala:

Paul is one of the best customer service, people oriented, friend you'll ever meet......even though I have never got to meet him yet we have had numerous dealings over the phone and pm's.
RDC is a top notch company, with customer satisfaction in mind.
Hats off to you Paul and Melissa.

Yup Rubberdown Customs is a top quality company, when they didn't have the spacers I needed in a hurry Paul had them drop shipped to me from his supplier at a great price and only a couple days. The best service around, keep up the good work Mellisa and Paul it's greatly appriciated.

Well, so far I got my tracking number on my spacers. This is more than I have seen from others. I think they will do OK in my book. As long as they didn't take my money and send me nothing but a box full of thoes stupid styrofoam peanuts.

Spacers showed up today. Ordered them Tuesday, they shipped them on Wednesday and I had them on Friday. And not a single styrofoam peanut in the box. Thank's for the great products and service.

Me and my friend ordered two lift kits from RDC, one for my sportsman 300 and one for my buddys 850XP. Both liftkits are well made and shipping to the other side of the earth (Finland) was no problem. The lift kits arrived in abt one week and where installed the same day. NICE!!!!
