How much lift could I get with a set of Rubberdowns Lift kit and HighLifter Replacement Shock Springs?? I have heard that at least 1 inch on just the spring replacement. Thanks GB:drum: I have been considering the 7" Lift Kit that Gorilla makes and 30" to 32" Silver Backs. Not sure how far I can go without doing the Low End Mod....

The RD lift gives you 2.5 inches without the ride on the bike. Of course the added weight of a rider will push that number down a bit. I would not recommend running the HL springs and lift due to the axel angle. You would most likely need to upgrade to Gorilla or Turner axels if you decided to run both. Even with the 2.5 inch RD kit your tires are going to be doing some major rubbing on the fenders if you run 30 or 32 inch SB's. You will need to do some serious trimming on the rear and need to knock in the front fender braces.
No offence intended but are you running in just water and light mud? The Rincon does not have a stock low gear that will turn 30's or 32's in much more than that. If you are going to be in the thick stuff you will need to install the BigRed gears into the Rincon and even with those I do not think it will turn those heavy tires very well.
Here is my old Rincon with the RD kit installed. Even with the lift my 27 inch XTR's rubbed in the rear when the suspension compressed.
So with the BigRed gears, lift kit, upgraded axels, and Silverbacks you are looking at spending around $2500 plus install cost unless you do it on your own. This is if you want to build it right.

BTW, INDEEP has some 28 SB's for sale that would most likely fit with the 2.5 inch RD kit installed and a little trimming. That might be your best bet.

I have 30inch Silverbacks, Big Red reduction, HL fender brackets and it turns the shit outta those tires. The down side is I hope you dont mind taking a razor to the fenders and top end is about 50mph. We are usually ass deep in tha mud so I could care less about going 50mph.

What type of Rear Bumper do you have? I am wanting to put on a rear winch too. I'm trying to get Jackson Honda in Andalusia, AL to do the Big Red Gear Reduction, but have not heard back from them. Then going to go to Gorilla in Monroe, LA to get the 6" Lift kit Installed. Then either 30" or 32" Silverback will be going on.

I don't have any add on bumpers. My local honda shop put Big red in mine.Grench is going to put Big Red in his soon in his garage.

Please tell me where to get a Rear Bumper that you have on the back of your Rincon. I do serious mudding and a rear winch is a must. Thanks Gb

There is the maker of the bumper but I do not know if you can mount a rear winch on it. I do not know if you would really want to either. Looks like to me it would bend a bumper if you were pulling a 600 pound machine that would stuck from just a bolted on rear bumper. A winch needs to be straped down to the frame or to the rear hitch some how. Not to a bumper.

Billy if your looking to turn anything bigger than 27" tire you pretty much hve to do the gear swap. Depending on how you ride. The big red gears really bring down your speed. At about 45mph your wound pretty good. So if your trying to go anywhere fast it's not gunna Happen. I had it done to my 06 and it was awesome in the mud but hated it on trails. So I decided to sell it and go with the 850 and I'm 100% happier. I believe the BRGR is a 32% reduction. But like I said maybe your in the mud waaaay more than trails.
