View Full Version : Tires for my POPO
I'm lookin some advice on tires for my 700. I really don't want to go over 27" on my bike. My #1 choice right now is 27" Mud Bugs. I would like to see pics of all of ya'lls POPO's so I can see ya'lls setups with tires and wheels. Thanks.

MudBugs are getting hard to find. I think Maxxis is fazing them out. Let me know when you decide on a set up. I can shoot you a good price.

Here is what my SP500 looked like with the 27" Mud Bugs. I also have the Moose mud guard extensions on, and some home made flaps...lol.

i would go with 28" bugs or any 28" tire. you will regret going with 27" once you put a lift on it because it will look funny. you can also fit 28" tires stock before you get a lift.

Go with 28's I got 26's before I did my lifts and now regret it.Not that I dont like my 589's but you should consider the 28's.

I'm looking some tires right now for my Popo also. I don't have much $$ to play with. But you can get a set of 28" Swamp Witches for around 350 360 shipped. Heard they are ok all around tire, about the same as the MST's.

Yea i had heard Deestone made both tires. Mudlites suck horribly, i honestly think they arn't any better than stock for any kind of mud or anything. Mudlite XL's may be a little differnt with the deeper lugs. My buddy has 25" mudlites on his 2wd rancher and i've seen a 250 Bruin with stockers go just as far. If i can't find a set of 28" Mudzillas sometime soon i'm going with the Swamp Witches.
