I say we post our first kill of the year (deer of course) whether it be by gun or bow, preferably with you in picture and see who has the best first kill luck. Sure it wont be me, never is. Just for fun and comradery. :first:

well todays the day to finally head to the deer woods with presidtail grizz and prolly bring home the smallest deer known to man. Good luck gentlemen(fingers crossed) lmao. But i really do hope this post gets alot of Rubberdowners first kill pics. Regardless of what my first kill is, you will know its me. I will be the one grinnen like a opossum eating shit.

I do not know extactly what you are asking but if you are asking about Doe season then around here there is not difference between a buck or doe for seasons. No Doe Days around here.


If you are asking about shot placement then the doe above was shot once at 100 yards in the neck.

Yall come on now, you cant tell me this is all the deer killed so far. I posted my somewhat embarrising trophy pic, yall can to. I know some of you guys have prolly killed bambi and others the grandpa of them all.

Here is a small one I shot on the 3rd day. Lots of corn up around here, warm weather, not seeing a lot of deer yet.

Oh well, one in the freezer!

I think ours are still feeding on acorns.Not a whole lot of action at the feeders right now.
Hopefully it will be better in a few weeks.
