i wanna relocate my rad on my front rack. but im not sure how to go about. id like just to order the kit and have someone copy it and make it for me then send the original one back so i have a nice solid fit. anyone ever make a kit for a 06 rincon? or could someone make one for me or cheaper than $190?

Dude...it's not that hard.Just get you some angle iron, some aluminum strip, some hose and some clamps and do it.Mine was the first one I'd ever done and the whole process was done in a Saturday.
If I still had my tools and a place to work on it,I'd love to help you.
I think I gave you a link to my pics a while back.

i would but i have no welder. i was hoping to find someone putting there wheeler back to stock and wanting to get rid of it. i guess i will give this a couple days and see if anything comes out, if not i will just have to do it myself and find someone to weld it for me. thanks

Here's an idea...if you could live with the bike being down for a little bit...and would spend a little money for shipping...
How about talking to Dirtbmw20.
Maybe if you could ship him your radiator and front rack...he could make a custom bracket for you and ship it back to you.
Then all you would have to do is make some brackets to support the oil cooler(no welding...see my pics),and extend the hoses and fan wires(super easy to do).

You sent those pics to me. They are great pics and if I had a welder and anything other than a grinder for dealing with metal I would have done it at home. But after tons of looking and research it was just as cheap and much easier to just order a kit. I would have only saved about 40-50bucks and lord knows what I saved in irritation tryin to get the metal and tools.
