I know there are a couple of you that are wanting radiator relocate frames and have asked me about them over the past few weeks, however, I failed to save any of the PM's that were sent to me and I don't remember "specifically" who wanted them so I figured I would post it here and first come first serve.

This is a radiator frame for a 2005 OR UP model 700 or 800 efi. This frame will have to be used WITHOUT the rubber grommets on the bottom pegs of the radiator, I stupidly cut the frame a damn 1/16" too short and the rubber grommets will NOT work with this frame, however, the radiator fits perfectly withOUT the rubber grommets (see attached pics), therefore, this frame will be discounted. This frame is approx. at a 30 degree angle and with the huge fan on the twin bikes, it will block your center headlight, please keep that in consideration. The fan will mount on the TOP with this frame, not on the back side or bottom. The overflow bottle can/should be mounted on one of the back leg supports using the factory self tapping screws that hold the overflow bottle. You will have to drill your mounting holes on the back legs to mount it and that's it. Since it was cut 1/16" too short and can not use the grommets, like I said it will be discounted. The selling price for this frame will be $85.00 SHIPPED and it will have to be shipped by DHL, any other means of shipping and YOU will have to pay the shipping. Here are some pics, anyone interested please let me know by sending a PM or simply by replying here.

If I remember correctly, it was Parttime and possible Popotoys that were asking me about a radiator frame. I know I remember Parttime asking about one but I'm not 100% sure on Popotoys, if so, here you are guys.

If I knew someone with an older style Polaris you know I would be more than happy to. I don't have the first friend that has an older style Polaris. If I just had a front rack and a radiator off one I could do it that way. I know the radiators are a little different between a 2004 and a 2005 but I'm not sure about the 2004.5, if the radiator is the same as a 2004 or is it the same as a 2005 ??? Let me work on that. This will be my new project, to find an OLD radiator and front rack off a 2004.5 model.

Stephen is correct, the part numbers are all the same for the radiators from 2004 all the way to 2007 so I have a radiator to use for template, I would just need a front rack off an older machine and I'de be in business, I could make Paul a radiatror bracket.

Paul, do me favor and look at these two pics and tell me which one looks like your front rack. I know by PART NUMBER which of the two is SUPPOSE to be on your bike but I want you to tell me which one you have.

If the bidding doesn't get TOO high on that one I just listed, I'll buy that one and use it. They also have one at a BUY IT NOW price of $118.00 bucks (OUCH !!!). I ain't got $125.00 to spend on a front rack so if it gets too high I won't be able to bid on it, at least not right now before Christmas.

If anyone has a USED or BUSTED up front rack from a 2004 model then I could possibly use it if it's not busted up too bad, I only need one to see HOW to mount the bracket to the rack.

it is the second one that should be on the 04 and 04.5 bikes.

Ya, pic #2 is my front rack. I was thinking double holes for mounting and use U-Bolts to bolt it down????

Yea, I know it SHOULD be the second pic but I see some people selling the rack in the first pic as a 2004 and a 2004.5 rack on ebay and I just want Pauls confirmation on which one he actually has before I start bidding on either of them.

Cool, now I know what to start looking for. And NO, you don't want no dam u-bolts holding it on the front rack, lol. That would look like crap, that would be like me using your billet strut plugs under my struts but using pvc for my spring spacer. I have a design "in mind" that would allow you to raise or lower the radiator so you could have it at different levels so you could still use the center light if you wanted to. It would be in a flat position, not tilted like on mine or Amy's, but flat and adjustable up or down in height. Just an "in mind" process right now.

OK, thanks popotoys. I've had so many ask me about radiator frames I can't remember who all of them were. Now that I get one ready, NO-ONE wants one, go figure, lol. I've already spoke with Parttime about his. Oh well, I guess if they want one bad enough they will see this thread or send me another PM.
