Yup, the rear design is figured out, that was an easy one and I like what I have come up with, should have those parts made by Thursday and installed and tried out Thursday night.

The front on the other hand, not so sure yet, looks way WAY to tight up top and the bottom is a bit limiting on how to do it and you cant lift the front to much or you get CV bind (yes we watch out for that stuff ;) ) but I think I got it figured out.

Got my insulation on the walls done, and some of the vapor barrier is up, thats a bonus...for me at least LOL.

Hey Paul...
Have you looked at the brackets under the floorboards of the King Quad 750?
How about designing a replacement bracket that eliminates9or moves) the bar across the back?
That sucker really limits the installation of taller tires...even with a lift.

Binding up my new axel...............lol. I know the front is limited to 1.5" at the most. I've tried before, unbolting the top mount and jacking it up. How much did you get out of the back??? 1.5", or 2". And dcfox's idea about those foot rest is a good one, but you wont have time for that this week. Anyways keep me updated. Any pics?????

I will be installing the rear and playing with the front tonight, if you wanna come by any time after 7, come on by and check it out. We could even put it back to stock if I dont get the front finished up tonight and you can take it home tonight so you have it for the weekend. i can play with it more at a later date if you want? Let me know, # is 905-356-9181, call me and let me know if you are coming by or not ;)

Front is figured out, just working on the smaller front part. Gonna put a few new shock placement holes in so I have a few options to work with. Hope my laser guy can squeeze me in tomorrow LOL.

i wouldnt mind bolting one up, and putting the EDLs on to see if i can clear a bucket lol, but may not run it all the time untill spring b/c of the technical trails i've been doing now.
