Bruiser wheels on a POPO?

Are the Bruiser wheels an aftermarket offset wheel or are they like stock wheels?? Will these wheels work with 10" wide tires on the front of my POPO 700?? I'm lookin at the 27" Swamp Boss tires on Bruiser wheels.

i think he was asking if they are a stock offset or do the have them in a different offset?

fronts will be 4/3 and the rears 4/4 Wider than stock offset. Depending on the tire you may still need a spacer in the front.
