Looking to take my 6" lift off my bike and am in need of ALL STOCK control arms, fronts, rears, upper and lowers, front and rear stock length cv axles. If anybody has ANY of this laying around, talk to me.

I can help with the stock axles Lee. Pretty sure I have both rears and one front.

Let me know what you want for the rears Mark. I wanna put Gorillas in the front and stocks in the rear, unless I find a really good smoking deal on Gorilla or Turner rears, that's my plan. So let me know what you want for the 2 rears. I'm looking at maybe another 3-5 days before tax money gets here and trying to get things lined up.

6" Gorilla lift is going up for sale OR trade. It would be ideal to swap out the Gorilla lift for the stock control arms and stock axles and a small amount of cash.

I've got the phone out the truck but we'll be going down to my parents later for the race, I'll probally leave it here at the house just cause I'll be in my house shorts with no pockets, lol. I'll do my best to take it with me but if I don't answer, just leave a message or text me, it beeps CONTINOUSLY if I get a text whereas if I get a call, it only beeps once.

My 800 has the HL 1.5" lift with Triangle front pucks. I still have all of the stock parts. Is it a good candidate? The bike has been too reliable- I intend to end that! lol

I have 3 stock fronts, and i think 1 rear laying around. No control arms though.

It'll look funny with a 6" lift and those stock tires! lol

Here's hoping that the lift will make me get some 31's!

Hmmmm.....so how much cash we talking? How about all the stock control arms, stock rear axles and a set of gorilla fronts?

Ready2go, Please take no offence to this, but the HL lift and the pucks are useless to me, I've still got my 3" RD lift that that I've been running at the same time along with my Gorilla lift, I'm just dropping back down to my 3" RD lift only, my main concern/need is the stock suspension components (control arms), IF you had Gorilla axles and not stock axles, we could easily make a deal.

No offence taken! I wasn't sure that my parts would work for you...
Good luck!

Now we're talking, maybe with a very small amount of cash thrown in. The lifts were on sale from Gorilla awhile back but have gone back up to $2,000 grand for the kit again. I've got to smoke on this, I mean think on this for a few minutes,LOL. Let me see how nice Mark is gonna be to me with the cost of his stock rear axles, plus Paul had some Gorilla rears I was interested in at one time, I gotta get in touch with a few more people and see what is available to me for the rears, but your stock control arms and front Gorillas is right up my alley for what I'm looking for. We've also got to keep everything reasonable so we can aford the shipping to Canada if indeed we do proceed with this, I promise, I'm not looking to MAKE money, I just want what I USE to have without having to come alot out of my pocket, I shouldn't have to, to go back to stock in my mind.

Tell me about your front Gorillas. Estimated only..... how many miles are on them ??? Ever busted a boot on one ?? Ever busted a joint on on ?? How old are they ??

Man if you had Gorilla rears, it would be an easy even swap !!!

Your stock control arms would work perfect, I just don't need a lift and I don't use pucks at all, not even Paul's. If you had some Gorilla axles, or the cash for me to buy some, we'de be dealing.

No problem. I want a 6" lift at some point, but I bet there are people here with the exact parts you need. If nothing better turns up, keep me in mind tho. My stock arms are my only arms untill the big lift happens...
How much are Gorillas- around $350 each? You're selling yours with the kit, I guess because they will be too long now?

I completely understand, I was in the same position when I traded my stock stuff and I'm back in the same position until I get stock parts back, what's on the bike is all I got right now, lol. Yes, NEW Gorillas are about $350.00 ea. but I'm not looking for new trades, my parts aren't new, so I'm not expecting new trades. Yes, the ones I have now will go with the kit because they will be too long for a 3" lift.

Holy cow, that requires alot of work. Let me see what I can find where "no assemble is required",lol. I'm looking for a plug and play deal, I wanna take em out the box and slide them in, I don't want to have to build the axles. Let me see what else I can find, I got some other stuff in the works.

my extra rear gorillas are long sold Lee, sorry. Check with Stricker, I think he drives south of the border a lot, you guys may even be able to meet up and swap parts.

I still have brand spankin new rear control arms, cheap since I got them for cheap from that place that used to sell all the polaris parts after they built the sand buggy machines, cant remember their name though.

I understand on the rear axles dude, no problem at all. That place was called Ridgerunner that use to sell all the parts. Your description of CHEAP may be different than mine, WHAT you calling cheap, lol ????? Right now, I have found ALL the control arms, fronts and rears, uppers and lowers, for $75.00 plus shipping, so for about $100.00 I can have ALL the suspension parts to my door. But the word NEW grabs my attention.

I've gotten an offer through a PM that I am VERY interested in (you know who you are, I will respond when I figure all this out), I just gotta figure out something on my rear axles to make it happen.

No hurry Lee, i've got to think about it too. Always thought i would love a 6", but would never spend what they want for them. Have to think about what it would be worth to me though. Also gotta look into it and see how it would work out for my kind of riding (mostly trails). Still curious, why you going back to 3" lift?

The front gorillas I just bought off of BirdDog last month when he put the 6" on his. I think he said he only put 30 miles on them. Boots still have the factory installed clamps on the boots, so I dont think they have been changed.

Yup. Something like this i'd drive down for. Drove down to South Carolina last year to pick up a transmission, Georgia aint that much further.

I'm going back down to the 3" lift because when we go to races, having a lift with extended control arms, puts me in the unlimited class with all the big boys with $20,000 plus bikes and my little ole 500 just can't represent with all that competition. I wanna be able to race back with my 500 class and not get my ass spanked 5 feet off the line. I'll be VERY honest though, if you trail ride, then you don't want no 6" lift, it's just not made for trail riding, I don't care how many people say they trail ride on theirs, it sucks !!! The RD mountain trip would have been impossible with this lift, plain and simple and being truthful. I would hate to see you buy something you are not happy with and doesn't meet your riding needs.

So, you're the one that yanked those axles out from under me,LOL. I had JUST sent Brian a PM tonight about those axles.

I can be in SC in about 5-7 minutes, I'm dead on the SC/GA state line.
