That 180* bend out of the airbox is going to be very restrictive. Looks good so far though.

Yea mac, it will be a little but, it is a 2 inch this time, where before I only had 1.5" and under the pod. I'm curious to see how it's going to change.
I like the p-trap though. It has a tendency to save a little air, versus water/mud if you dunk the snorks.

Should be done today with it.

Gotta paint also, not sure what I'm going to use, but it's gonna be black.

Mine is set up the same way as yours (east coast). Did you have trouble fitting the belt exhaust line by the shifter or did you run it somewhere else??

That looks good what keeps them from moving around

There is a rubber boot attaching them to the abs coming out of the pod so I can change them up when ever I want and that holds them pretty good. I also have just a big zip tie holding them all together. They don't really move at all. Also I cut an exact hole coming out of the pod with a hole saw so there is no play there either.

i like it, they are up high enough but still do not draw a lot of attention. plus you have enough power to bring em up a little higher if you need to!

Wildboar,
it comes across to the other side to get away from the shifter. And the cvt intake runs up and over to the right side.

Gonna do smooth or textured paint on them?

I also have the east coast kit, i just bent the shift rod alittle around the exhast snorkle and adjusted it to make up for the bend, as well as zip tie the snorkle up close to the motor. its a great kit but wish i would of took the time to do it myself for half the price.

Why not just relocate the ECM and run all three on the left (driverside) of the bike? I snorkeled an Outty like that and used 2" ABS for everything. It takes some time getting it all lined up under the pod, but is possible.

Man yea, I don't see where it's possible for 2" on all three under the pod. I've manuvered and teamed and everything and I just didn't see where they would go especially with speedo plug and all the others.

On the cvt exhaust, I ran mine up the left side in order to stay away for the shifter. I already been through that before with the stealth snorks that I put on it when I bought it.

Got more accomplished today. All I lack is painting the fittings on the outside if the pod. And then gluing those pieces. Everything else is done and glued and all together.

I'm ready to ride.

Ah. I see. Yea. I didn't want to move the ECM. I think this is gonna be good.

I believe they are 2", right till they come out of the pod, aren't they?

You might already have this done, just thought i would bring it up to make sure to save you some time and money down the road. Did you already raise you gas tank, weep hole, transmision, and crank case breather. Not trying to tell you what to do, its just that i had to learn this the hard way.

Yea I did. I learned the hard way on the gas tank. I hate taking that tank off to clean the prefilter on pump.
All vents are ran and I have a nice setup on the crank case vent.

hey, if you get some time, think you could snap a pic of your crank case vent. I just took and wrapped it around my filter but it would be way sweet to do something nicer. yea i know exactly what you mean about water in the tank,as well as the gearbox, i had to run diesel threw it to get all the debris out of it because of the sweet amazing stock breather valve stuck open. I have not had any trouble yet but im sure its coming cause a lot of sand came out:tsk:
These can ams are very reliable, I would even say its as reliable as a honda:whip:
