I would like some names of some shipping companies so i can compare their rates.
I have just opened an ATV shop from home that sells those china made bikes. I can get from 70cc to 400cc bikes & 650cc & a 1000cc UTV etc...

I need to ship a 110cc bike to Thunder Bay *15hrs North of me* & im looking for options on shippers.

Hope you all can give me some help.

So far i've had good dealings with fed-ex ground.Plus I deal with them everyday here at work.I deal with all the major carriers on a daily basis at work USPS,DHL,UPS & Fed Ex Ground. They all have there good & bads and up's and downs.

Thanks everyone:wave:

Never heard of Dhl or Tst. I will google them for a number.

I have had BAD experience with Fed ex. They badly damaged a fragile non replaceable limited edition sword last summer. It took weeks to get things all sorted out.
They were to return it to the shop i ordered it from for FREE as it was all insured etc & i would get a another item of the same value & have it delivered to me again.
Well to make a very long story short i got my item in good condition & a bill for the FREE shipping & constant calls from their billing dept. for months wanting their $$$ because they dont send stuff for free no matter what the manager told me.

Yeah I hear you.I've seen the bad & good of all the major carriers because i'm in shipping & recieving.I have to put UPS at the top of my gripe list when it comes to damage happening in the shipping process.I think all the carriers are slow at responding to claims when it comes to damaged shipped items.I really think it depends on location.

They offered to do the free ship thing after i was going to force an internal audit/inspection to see who & how my expensive package was wrecked. It cost less for them to just shut me up & ship it for free. Now i wish i had gone through with the investigation. Live & learn i guess.

Yeah that sucks how they just sweep the customer under the carpet.
