Mine have not pulled out. I haven't heard from the guy with the Rhino's pulling out, but the guy with the Gorilla's pulling out was having them pull out BEFORE the lift was installed. It was a C-clip issue with his.

I would love to hear from everyone as well. I dont recommend both a pipe lift and the bracket lift, I think you are asking for trouble this way.

Ya, I believe from looking at mine that Danny's problem is with the pipe lift in as well. The suspension just isnt designed to run at full extension all the time.

The pipe lift and the c-clip were to blame for my problems, mostly the pipe lift I ran it without the pipelift and it's nice gave
it a real ride test and it held up nice. The c-clip seemed to be not expanding to good when locked in so I fixed the easy.

what was the easy fix to the clip

The clip was too tight around the axle and needed to be opened up more so it would lock in.

They say stock clips work better to b/c there thinner and slide around in the axle groves better

Sounds to me like a set of axle spacers couldnt hurt either if this is becoming a common place problem then axle spacers of some sort should solve the problem see on cats bracket lifts cause the fronts to pop out sometimes so a axle spacer was designed and a slightly modified castle nut solved the problem Paul should be able to provide some insight to whether or not this could help.

The axles spacers that 700blaze on highlifter sells slide right on the shaft on a can-am axle. I found one that i use to have on my tcat before the gorillas. If i have any problems i will be testing out the spacers..

Don't know of anyone using them on Can Am's.

If they are the same I.D. as the Cat axle spacers, I just made 24 stainless spacers last week, I would just need to get the stock axle nuts so I can mod them.

Yeah Paul makes them for cats chances are they might work all the same for can ams provided you can get modified castle nuts again assuming can am's even use castle nuts.

The arcticcat one slides right on. Only thing im wondering about is if it will fit into that piece that slides on to the shaft before it goes into trailing arm. its like a dust cover or somthing. Wish i would of tried this before i put the axles in. Does anyone have this dust cover peice out by any chance?

what you talking about? there was nothing on my stock axles that slide in the the trailing arms. only thing that slid in was the axle shaft

Mine had another piece im pretty sure. Its like a dust cover for the bearing.

The kitty axle spacers slide on the shaft of the can-am axles perfectly. As long as it will fit nicely up against the bearing i think this should work perfectly. If i dont work this weekend i will be trying it out. I have to get another spacer machined tomorrow. I only have one. lost the other one. I really hope my lift brackets get here for friday. They shipped this morning.

I have around 175-200kms on mine with the lift and Gorilla's with zero issues. Tires are still hitting the fenders when the suspension drops though.
