my hedder was glowing on my 500 its a bran new wilyeco hedder and pipe what dos this meen also it some times will cut out but only once and a wile

I know its normal for the 6-800's to glow but im not sure about the 500.

I've had mine glowing a few times, usually after a 20 minute run down a fire road at WOT. If you're just putting around I might get worried, but if you're working it it may be normal.

no i was balls to the wall most of the time i think i need a programmer what is the best

it usually means you are running lean. probably because of the exhaust and the efi wont adjust for the different backpressure. you need a programmer or you can go cheap and tape off part of the intake so less air gets to the engine. it is also cutting out because it is lean. not enough gas.
