so today i took the Mrs out for a cruise on the OUTY and it went passed limp mode to over heat mode, had so much pressure built up that it blew a hole in the over flow hose to the tank. I later determined that the fan did not come on, then i found a blown fuse? Hmm i wonder why it blew??
so now that most of my coolant is gone, i wanna put something in that will help it run cooler. any recommendations?
and also whats the best way to flush the coolant out of the system..
so i stripped the front end off today to see what i could find...

Move the radiator up, then regular coolant will be fine!

wild boar doesnt have any kits right now, i wanna put it back togther for sunday, so i built a little block plate above the winch to help stop the mud from going in there and run engine ice..
does anyone know if its ok to put the engine ice in the system if there is still water in it?

ok so, i went to royal and picked up some engine ice and CT for some water wetter.. gotter all in, took me a few mins to to bleed all the air out, but the fan seems to be responding properly and the overflow jug is staying accurate..
i guess i will how it runs out in a trail..

Hook up a manual switch via the 12 volt outlet. That way U can switch on the fan whenever U want too. The fan will still kick on automatically too. Also, remove and clean the rad well. I don't care if it looks clean, remove it and do it right! Pain in the arse, but worth it in the end! Trust Me!!
